Redrix's Broadsword Quest Steps
Hey all,
Yesterday, we announced the goal of removing time pressure associated with Glory ranks, and that Pinnacle Crucible rewards will be awarded via quests starting in Season 4.
Redrix’s Claymore will remain exclusive to Season 3. The Redrix’s Broadsword will be available through a pinnacle weapon questline in Season 4 offered by Lord Shaxx. To set expectations, here are the quest steps that must be completed in order to acquire Redrix’s Broadsword:

• In the Crucible. Defeat 200 opponents with Pulse Rifle final blows.

• Reach Valor Rank “Heroic”
[b]Step 3: [/b]
• In the Crucible. Earn 75 Double Plays.

• In the Crucible. Defeat 150 opponents with precision final blows from any Pulse Rifle.
[b]Step 5: [/b]
• In the Crucible, defeat 50 opponents with Arc final blows
• In the Crucible, defeat 50 opponents with Solar final blows
• In the Crucible, defeat 50 opponents with Void final blows

• Complete 25 Crucible matches in Quickplay (Rotators count)
• Complete 25 Crucible matches in Competitive
• Complete 25 Crucible matches in Rumble

• Complete 20 Crucible Bounties
[b]Step 8:[/b]
• Reset your Valor rank 5 times within a single season
[b]Step 9:[/b]
• Visit Lord Shaxx and claim your reward.[/quote]

I haven't played since season two, and if forsaken was good enough thought about buying it once it goes on discount, but now I'm learning i can't even get all the content i skipped playing in the future if I want to? TRASH ASS GAME Edit: the sheer amount of hate I've gotten for simply pointing out that gear is taken away behind a time barrier just goes to show how feeble minded the remaining player base is. have fun spending more than the full price of a game for a lackluster DLC

12 답변Hear me out I didn’t get the claymore I didn’t care because the sandbox still doesn’t favor the playstyle I enjoy. Whilst I enjoy the handout that comes with this BEGINNER quest I think it’s a joke to anyone who got the claymore sure you can pick the broadsword up right away but this quest is by far a beginners quest You don’t need to win any games You don’t need to get a certain rank in comp You don’t need to even be good at the game because most players have graviton lance or VW and I’m sure those who use meta guns now will still abuse them come forsaken. Wasn’t the goal to make powerful weapons hard to get Bungie?

4 답변Reset Valor rank 5 times? That's me out, I haven't managed 2 resets so far lol. However good luck to those that will chase the Broadsword. If I run into anyone with it I'll know they did the grind.

5 답변Step 3 will he the hardest for non PvP players. Step 8 will be easy when double XP rolls around. Claymore was difficult and tedious to acquire, broadsword won't be difficult at all, just tedious.

10 답변Haven't played in a long time may get the collection with everything as never did the 2 other dlcs, is 5 valor resets hard, and is it worth me getting the collection now I'll have a few weeks to do the dlc and then will have forsaken, basically is it worth getting everything for £55 or shall I wait till a few months after forsaken, I'm not really playing anything atm.

1 답변Destiny needs this. One word: commitment. The short explaination is this: There is no commitment to gear (Weapons and Armor). This makes the game unpersonal and shallow. This is the point, everybody wants changes, but every change brings only short term solutions. Nothing really matters because YOU don’t need to commit. All of your gear is to easy to exchange, there are no repercussions. This is missing. Not a new game mode or new weapons. Not a new raid or new milestones. These things only matter when you have a deep game where your decisions and your time investment matters. Any Questions?

Anyone who is above average can get the weapon now so what? Even though I'm a little better than average this will take me a long time. Though pulse rifles are clearly the best weapon in pvp atm so most of these are easy to do imo. Last perdition and vigilance wing, last perdition is just as savage

8 답변I'm not good enough to get the Claymore, which is no big problem for me. It'll be nice to have a chance at this one, as it's merely a time grind. I see a lot of people are unhappy that we can all get it now. Awww bless well aren't you snowflakes melting, you won't be all precious and exclusive...

2 답변Community: Why would you make a better version of the Claymore that easier to get? I hate you Bungie. Bungie: Ok, here is the quest. Its should take just as long, but is a little more doable. Also people that have the Claymore don't need to do it, they get it for free. Is that better? Community: *covers mic* shit what do we complain about now.

1 답변I was going to get forsaken to play casual but after that armour grind trick they just pulled and now this joke of a quest I’ll pass. This game just tries to make you grind and waste your life away getting something that’s standard with the following update it’s poor

Thank you for listening to my wish. Bungie ! Since I'm not a crucible competitive player but I will see it's worthy to play crucible from now on to collect that great piece of gun. Although, all the players who got the gun (without paying someone) in Season 3 deserve my true respect for the dedication. Please put up that emblem to show us who you are.
