So imagine you beat the Uldren boss fight in Forsaken and a cutscene picks up...
Uldren crawls away from your guardian, dropping the Ace of Spades as you walk after him
As you pick up the gun Uldren rolls onto his back and mutters through grit teeth, "Let's talk about this..."
Your guardian aims the gun and FINALLY speaks, "Out here in the wild, this is how we talk..."
BOOM! Headshot. A great callback to a scrapped Destiny 1 cutscene. It probably won't happen, but I could die happy if it did.

1 답변Imagine this: D1 really happened and progressed over the 10 year period... And the gear we earned wasn't repeatedly made irrelevant. What a magical game it could've been.

2 답변Has anybody datamined details that for sure state he is a bad guy and not just like a Severus Snape type character, pretending to be bad, but in reality really good?

64 답변Would be great if hunters were the only ones allowed to have the ace of spades. It belong to hunters it was our mentors gun you titans and warlocks don't deserve it.

2 답변Oh great. Thanks for throwing this idea out there. Now because of you, Bungie is officially scrapping everything they’ve built for Forsaken just to rebuild it to incorporate your idea. 3 weeks until launch - plenty of time....what could go wrong?!?
if there was any doubt, it’s a joke
12 답변All we said in the scene where we met the Speaker was "What can I do?" And those few words showed that we had accepted our status as a Guardian and were determined to stand with the Vanguard and fight for humanity's future. All we said, staring down at the dead Guardian on the moon was "There's nothing left." But in those few words, we showed concern for a fallen comrade. All we said at the end of the scene where the Exo Stranger contacts us was "We go down". But in those few words, we showed that we were resolved to face whatever lay ahead, no matter how horrible. All we said at the end of the cutscene where we and the stranger actually meet was "No. Little light." But in those few words, we showed that we retained our capacity for humor, if at another character's expense. Just a few words, but because of them, our character was an active participant in his/her journey, rather than a seemingly mindless brute, Tor to Ghost's Ferra.

2 답변Knowing Bungie, they'll play out the scenario exactly how you have it laid out, except have the stupid Ghost talk instead of our Guardian.

Why would I want to kill Uldren at all? Clearly, what he did to Cayde was mercy killing. He couldn't stand watching as once mighty and clever Vanguard hunter leader degraded to a comic relief dummy. So, he did the right and very hard thing, knowing that many will hate him. Prince Uldren is the actual hero, standing on guard of everything which is holy in Destiny

2 답변I doubt it. If you read the lore over at Ishtar collective you come to find out that yea Uldren is Bat Shit Crazy, but he is pretty hard core. He also has a hatred for Guardians, not sure if this because he blames us for what happened to his sister. His bigotry towards anyone who is not Reef Born. Or sometime in the past a Guardian pissed in his corn flakes. Could be all of the three. We also don't know if the reason he is doing all this stuff is so he can free the Dreaming City from what evil lurks there. So in his narrative we are the baddies and I doubt he will be so cliche when and if we beat him. We may have to chase his arse for the next 3 DLCs that are included in the annual pass. Be kind of nice to have a constant antagonist to deal with for the next year besides Master Rahool. Plenty of Dinkleberg moments could be had from that scenario. While what you describes is fun in a nostalgic way, it would be rather cheesy. And I am at the point where I am starting to get lactose intolerant when it comes to Destiny's stories.

1 답변It should go like this: *uldren crawling away* "Hey can we talk about this?" Sure. Ligma. "The hell is ligma?" Ligma balls scum. "That doesn't make sense!" Neither does sword logic. *shoves crownsplitter into his eye* But it works pretty well here. "Thats...not...what sword...logic...is!" *yanks crownsplitter out of his eye* Doesn't have to.
