An apology would go a long way
There are no words that adequately describe how terrible these cabal drill streaks feel when you want to play the new mission.
Bungie, it would really make a huge difference to the community if you at least acknowledged that what we are dealing with is terrible and frustrating, and that you messed up. Admit to your mistake, apologize to us all, and promise us you will make it right.
Are you so proud that you can't just do this? Not a single developer or community manager has said "look guys, we screwed up and this is insanely frustrating and dumb. We are going to fix this. We don't know exactly when or how, but this is a top priority and we will make this right."
Seriously, just copy paste this into your Twitter feed, and the hate will subside quite a bit.
Just give us some human decency please

As someone who is part of the community you seem to be speaking on behalf I can honestly say an apology would not go a long way to doing anything. I waited 3 hours for the taken blight event before giving up, went back the following night and all I saw was taken blights, following night, cabal only, guessing tonight will be taken events. Long story short there is a discernible pattern at play, recognise that and plan accordingly. If you see 3 cabal events in a row, I would say it's time to do something else unless you have something else to do while you wait.

I don't see why Bungie should apologize for something that they had no knowledge about nor did they code it that way intenitally. It sucks when you're sitting there for 6 hours for that one PE to spawn, but Bungie shouldn't have to apologize for something that again, they had no knowledge about. You could've done some strikes, a Nightfall, or even just ran around looting Lost Sectors or other PEs while checking every 3-5 minutes.

1 답변Oh shut up.... shouldn’t take more than 2-3 tries even for the casual player.... one to go in and see what’s up even though everyone has watched videos on it so you really are not going in “blind” you probably failed it a few times last week... I took 2 friends through last night to get it. 3 taken events and only one cabal...

3 답변I'd like an apology from BUNGiE for multiple things, like: -Trying to Strongarm Marty. -The Murder of Staten's story. -The death of my hopes and belief in Destiny and it's subsequent everything. -The lies told at the Destiny E3 presentation back in 20-whatever. -Hiring Deej and basically gutting Cosmo. -B.next and the Brightening. And much, much more. But these are wants and Bungie only gives you what you want if you're willing to hand them your wallet. And sometimes, even that doesn't get you anywhere.
