Whisper of the Worm - Glitched again?
We have been waiting over 2 hours now and the mission only started once. Anybody know whats up?

Bungie is working on a system (claiming anyways) to prevent repitition in events. With coding experience I can say that this will likely take at least a couple weeks to develop but given that Bungie is highly allergic to small patches and prefers to stockpile items to patch in all at once we will likely have to wait until the Forsaken launch before it gets implimented.

5 답변9 Cabal events in a row last night. Freaking 9 of them.. how do we even get a chance? Bungie needs to pull its head out of its ass on this.

1 답변Here is an idea. Instead of creating random generators or some sort of complex algorithm, just have the 2 events rotating. One blight, one cabal. Why is this so hard? The simpler solution is usually the best one. I ve got the weapon for days now. I like the fact that you ( Bungie ) introduced this quest and I get that grinding for this weapon should be the obvious thing BUT WAITING IS NOT GRINDING. Investing time is one thing but wasting time is completely another. I ve seen people in forums saying that it's the best weapon and thus you are supposed to spend time on it ( again wasting time and investing time are 2 different things ). I ve seen people saying '' hey dude you should just be good enough to do it first try". Again these are just ignorant comments. Yes one might need 5 or 10 times to complete it. But this can be for a number of reasons such as: 1)Trying with different people almost every time because people are dropping out as a result of the cabal streak issue. 2)Trying to carry/help someone else. In any case what I want to point out is that things are not black and white. When you see someone making a comment about something. Try to see his point of view. This community needs to act towards finding the issue and solving it (+ having fun with friends, clan members etc. ) rather than fighting its own members. P.S. Bungie please consider what I am saying in the first paragraph.

2 답변i made one failed attempt at 3pm, and have been waiting 4 hours for another chance its 7:30 now. If the wait is this long for the event, then IO needs to be way more entertaining or something. had i known it was going to be this long, i would have tried to do my first raid.

13 답변Been waiting for over 2 hours and nothing the amount of anger i have right now cant be understated. Just add the the damn mission to the director once you get into the strike. This waiting game is a joke. I am married with a kid i have a life. So when i get some free time to do this it worked yesterday perfectly fine. Oh wow look more cabal again. You said it was fixed bungie its not fixed. Thanks for nothing thanks for wasting my time when i get a little very few free time.

It seems to come in waves. Last night was the first chance I got to play around with it, and it seems like there were blights all the time (I didn't even realize it was random). I wasted them going solo a few times and learning the maze. Now today I'm trying to make a go of it and very few are spawning as blights. Maybe 2 in the last 90 minutes.

5 답변Once again bungie you have come up with a cool idea and once again it’s the same poor execution to deliver it. Who you are kidding? People have been waiting hours upon hours for just one taken blight PE to spawn and yet you continue to say it’s not bugged or broken. Lies. You’ve already made this event limited by only having it available Friday-Monday and it’s even more restricted because of it being broken. Get it together and fix it.
