Are primary shotguns going to use kinetic ammo, but just separately from other primaries, or are they still using heavy ammo? For example, I know that my kinetic shotgun won’t use the same ammo as my kinetic autorifle... I have to pick up ammo for my shotgun separately, but once I equip that shotgun in my primary and pick up ammo, is it kinetic or heavy ammo that it’s using? Also, if it’s heavy (or a combination) does that mean it’s sharing ammo with the weapon in my heavy slot? Or is it loaded separately... for example, if I empty the shotgun in my kinetic slot, and I switch to my rocket in my heavy slot, will it be empty/have less ammo? I’d really like answers here...
