Ever since Warmind came out I have had this FPS spike that drop below 10 frames and hang for a minute and then go back to normal. Its random but occurs frequently and makes it almost impossible to play the game. Sometimes it does it for so long that it crashes and gives the error code "Rutabaga". I attached a video that shows it happening. I have even turned my settings all down to lowest they will go and it still occurs. I never had a issue until this expansion dropped. Has anyone else had this issue or know of a fix?
