I think i made the classic mistake of finding all 45 fragments using the Titan primarily in conjunction with the Warlock. Initially i found 23 with Titan and 2 with Warlock. So after starting over with Titan i revisited all 45 fragment locations. And you guessed it my total count shows 43/45. So do I need to do the whole thing with the Warlock to finally have the count indicate 45/45?
