That is your problem. It is a known issue with Technicolor and Thomson equipment not allowing ports to be open for traffic that Destiny 2 requires. I suggest searching the web for solutions. Some people had success contacting their ISP company and had a firmware patch pushed.

This is not a Bungie issue because all other router brands other than Technicolor and Thomson work much better.

It's nothing to do with bungie. They made the game use a certain port that certain routers block. My router doesn't do it but yours does. If your ISP can't help you then you either need to buy your own router or not play destiny.
