So im having trouble deciding which gun i should use/keep...
(1) Better Devils: Sureshot, Flared magwell, Explosive payload.
(2) Better Devils: Sureshot, Flared magwell, Explosive payload.
While gun 1 looks like a very solid roll, i cant help but think maybe gun 2 is the way to go.. Ive been using gun 1 for a while, but am starting to feel gun 2 might be slightly better because of the Sureshot, Flared magwell, Explosive round combo. Maybe i just keep them both and keep grinding for that Roll i really want which would be Sureshot, Flared magwell and Explosive payload. I doubt ill ever get it though with my RNG luck.
Whats your opinion? Have you got any rolls you feel might be better?

[i]Edit: Thanks for all the replies! Some really really good ones. This post was not made as a complaint, just trying to make you laugh and have a little fun (Something i feel D2 as a whole is missing). TBH i really feel what would be a great change would be to add perks to the MOD system. Let me add Firefly to a gun, let me add Icarus to a gun, Let me add Hidden Hand to a gun. Once the mod is used its permanent, then if i find the gun i enjoy i can have a few options and a little variety. It may make getting my 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th "Better Devils" etc a little more worth getting. And make exotics non Moddable as they are pre-modded currently.[i]

They should do something like diablo 3 does. Say your guardian completes a raid and get something like kunai’s cube as a reward. Then we could remove one exotic level perk (from any exotic) and add it to a different exotic. Just my opinion but then again pissing on the game is better than what this dev team has been doing which is nothing. I mean wtf takes them so god damn long? Popular,free, successful games just roll out balances and fixes weekly and destiny stays dead.

12 답변Random rolls sucked and will suck again if bungie bring them back. Here’s an idea why don’t we ask bungie to do something better/different/exciting rather than just asking for the boring d1 stuff back? Why not let us add scopes, bigger/smaller mags, laser sights, enhanced grips, different triggers etc and add perks that way or even just make the guns good in the first place and then people won’t want to change them!

3 답변If we could dismantle multiples of the same weapon and receive a part towards improving the same gun, that’d be cool. I don’t know how much or in what fashion. At least when I get a 10th or 11th it wouldn’t feel like such a disappointment upon dismantling it and only receiving more legendary shards. I’d like to see something like that. I guess...lol

All seriousness, each archetype of weapon should have a full list of possible Mods (Perks) and all weapons should come only with stats and specifics mods if it applies (Exotics), depending on the rarity of the gun you should be able to add an X amount of mods to it, mods should vary to make possibilities per weapon a thing, allowing for replay value and customization, but the problem is the quantity of weapons, you can have a better devils with explosive payloads but you might need one with more handling and more munition instead of explosive payloads. If variety does not come from the maker of the weapons it should come from the user to make it more personal but the system needs to be in place for it to be cohesive, thus removing the randomness of the Random Roll we had before allowing for an specific chase of Mods (Perks) to craft what we want an get our God Roll. Imagine Uriels with triple tap but reduce quantity of munitions and also firing rate, several combinations of the same weapon can be crafted but the Mods/Perks should be manageable to make this possible.

If you're a Titan, you should totally combo that with, MK. 44 Stand Asides. Any time I come back to this game, usually to do the weekly with a friend, that's all I ever get. I'm now convinced this is the only remaining Exotic in the game, because this is all I ever get. I'm not joking. I've not seen anything but this for months now. MONTHS!

This really makes me sad. I loved random rolls since they gave each weapon you got a little personality of its own. My Tuonela with Triple Tap, Hand-laid Stock, and Firefly was my favorite Scout Rifle. Random rolls need to come back, but we also need a way around RNG. Every weapon and armor piece should give us components when we dismantle them and we should be able to use them to make our own stuff. We could even use the looks of lower rarity gear so all those cool looking blue armor pieces wouldn't go to waste. That's what a Masterwork should be, not some negligible stat bonus.
