Dude, I read your sandbox update and I noticed that you point out that weapon changes take a lot of play testing to get right. We players have a ton of time and we love the game. Thousands of us. Tens of thousands. More. Why not set up a public test server that sweats can hop into and play the hell out of newly balanced or new weapons before they are released into the wild? We can find the bugs. We can find hidden synergies that make the weapons too strong. We can find weapons that are too weak. Most importantly we can find weapons that won’t perform as expected. Put out several versions of the same weapon to test if you want to see which changes work best. Grenades and supers? We can test those too. As it is we find this stuff anyway and let you know within days (hours? minutes?) of an update if there is feedback. Why not get much of the feedback before you release stuff? Head off the salt mongers and the trolls. Just a thought, TBJ
Moderator edit: This thread has been moved to #Feedback forum so that other Destiny players can weigh in.  See Cozmo's thread here for more information about the #Feedback tag and its uses. • You cant have test servers on console because microsoft an sony in particular need to approve each version of a game before its released. So they would need to approve every test build. It COULD work on PC except PC D2 is very different than Console D2 and the game is primarily balanced for console first.
