Crimson Days: Coming February 13, 2018
Crimson Days begins in Destiny 2 on Tuesday, February 13. At the heart of the weeklong event is a 2v2 Crucible playlist intended to get your blood pumping as you and a friend test your bonds to the breaking point. This celebration of teamwork will last one week!

The combat scenario is 2v2 Clash with a round-based twist. We will also be debuting The Burnout, a new take on The Burning Shrine set in a future timeline where the Vex have succeeded in altering our reality.

The sun is darkened and the only Light to be found comes from you and your partner fighting as one. Stay in close proximity to your partner and your abilities recharge at a faster rate. Stray too far, and your enemies will be given a waypoint leading to your location. If you can’t find a partner, don’t worry. We’ll play matchmaker and find one for you.

The Rewards[/b]
The best way to earn rewards during Crimson Days is to compete in the Crimson Days Crucible playlist, and we’ve tuned the experience to focus on rewarding single-character play. Most rewards are found within a new Crimson Engram, with all contents on a “knock-out” list, preventing you from receiving duplicate items until you’ve earned all of the new gear.
No matter which activity you play in Destiny 2 during Crimson Days, every player will receive both an Illuminated Engram and a Crimson Engram when they level up. Crimson Engrams are only earnable through gameplay, and are not capped or limited during the event. To qualify, you need only to reach the level cap for your Guardian (that’s 25 if you’ve acquired Expansion 1; 20 if you haven’t).

There are also five new rewards found exclusively for players who complete the following:

Crimson Engrams will only be earnable through gameplay, but if you’re looking to directly purchase a specific item, Tess will also offer a selection of the Crimson Engram contents in exchange for the Bright Dust you are holding. Gear purchased with Bright Dust will also count towards the “knock-out” list mechanic described above, preventing duplicate items unless you have already earned all the rewards.
Every reward item obtained from a Crimson Engram can also be dismantled for Bright Dust, including event-specific shaders.
Crimson Days will begin next Tuesday, February 13, and conclude on the weekly reset at 9 AM PST on Tuesday, February 20. If you’ve yet to find a dance partner, now is the time. We’ll see you in the arena.

3 답변Crimson Days is the worst shit ive seen from Bungie and Ive been around since beta 1 D1. What a gigantic awful failure. Words cant describe how much I hate Crimson Doubles. Tried 2 matches solo and its all i can do to avoud snapping this disc in half. I hate it. Hate. Im sorry I really do wish I had good things to say about it. Fukin worst thing Ive ever played.

1 답변Come Guardian, let me tell you a story long forgotten. Back when the walls were still being built for the protection of the city. We still were rekindling the mysteries of the golden age. We found a way to regain our ability to travel through the stars and our search for answers and riches of our lost colonies began. During this time there was a Warlock and a Hunter who dared to travel further than anyone before as they traveled to the red planet. Mars, lost to time, lost to darkness for centuries, who knows what mysteries would be revealed in the dunes of iron oxide. The two Guardians were not partners but rivals. One searched for renown and knowladge, whereas the other scoured for treasure and glory. In their differences they separated and traversed the red sands alone. However they both came across a signal somewhere out in the wilderness. As expected the two did not tell the other of this in a race to find the source first. So alone on different paths to the same goal they marched. Alas they found each other once again and they instead of working together they argued. The Hunter ridiculed the Warlock as a petty dirtmonger. While the Warlock mocked her pride. In there commotion they alerted their presence to the enemy. So focused on each other they didn't even see or hear them coming. We know this enemy now as the Cabal but they were seeing them for the first time. Unprepared and surrounded the duo did the only thing they could do. With no way out they cast away there bickering and combined the power of the light they both shared and fought with all their might. The shields of the phalanxes so thick that no round can pierce through, held in such tight formation it became an impenetrable wall. With the towering colossus behind them raining gunfire on the pair. All this and the legionaires leaping over the troops lines to secure the kill and prevent escape. It was a fierce and deadly battle, the Guardians died, and died, and died again. One always close to revive the other. With each death a lesson, with each bullet, a teacher. With a draw of the void the Warlock broke the wall and in the ensuing chaos of the nova bomb the Hunter cracked her golden gun and demoralized the enemy by killing the colossus. The cabal desperate to reestablish their formation the guardians took advantage and moved from defense to offense. They may die but the other will be there to revive unlike the cabal in a battle of inches one by one they fell not to get back up. Tired and fatigued the guardians stood triumphant in a battlefield once red now soaked and stained with black oil and broken armor. They rose past their differences to stand victorious over an enemy never seen. Together they headed back to the city to warn everyone of the threat on mars. Ever since that day they stood hand in hand. She discovered riches with him, and he always unearthed lost knowledge with her. Together guardians are always stronger than apart, we celebrate this battle and the lessons learned as Crimson Days. 6 답변Seriously a hunter how many melee knife needs to kill an opponent? I placed 3 and still I was the one who died. Is the auto-rifles nerfed? Cos doing no damage at all is like an air gun

I really hate it when they incorporate real world celebrations in the game. Often times forcing the crap on us. My Destiny 1 character is still bogged down with Holiday masks that I didn't want and Bungie wouldn't let me delete.

Yes and no, as I play with random people it varies. Take the last game for example, the Titan ran of being a hero got killed a lot I’m exposed so I get killed, never used the barrier once or his super so that game no. The few yesterday was actually fun the guy stuck with me and we did very well, it depends if you get a guy wanting to be a hero.

2 답변After a few the exotic sparrow breaks down into legendary marks not dust. You guys said everything breaks down into dust. Lies, lies and more dam lies. I grinded the hell out of this and after two days you are throttling the dust. I’ve broken down two exotic sparrows to be sure and it’s marks. I want my 1000 dust. I’ve spent money trying to get dust to buy things. Either give me the money back or give me the dust that is owed. Dust is like in game money and you screwed me. I spent tons of hours grinding this to find that you lied to me again.

As much as I like the direction of giving the loot i.e gives you an engram when you rank up the loot isn't appealing. Needs weapons, armour and something worth chasing. Ghost and sparrows at this point are just bright dust. The game mode also amplifies the worst bit about PvP, team shooting constantly, well for me personally anyway. I'd like to see more pve orientation in events, PvP is stale and will be until it has drastic changes.

2 답변Fun game mode. Probably the most fun I've had in D2 PvP. I see a lot of complaints about receiving duplicates. I have received duplicate ghosts and sparrows but I did notice the perks were different. This may be why the new system isn't catching it as duplicate. Not sure but could be the reason. Your thoughts?

7 답변Reading through these comments, the dudes at Bungie, like Deej and everyone must hate all of you...😂 everyone on here for the most part is like a spoiled only child who get anything they want from their parents,mouth still tell mom to shut up, and call them names as they are being pampered by parents. Personally, if I was dmg, I'd a told you guys to blow it out your asses but I'd rather take the butchers word for it
