They are too bad to be in the power slot. Move them back.

1 답변Or what? I know you plan to create another thread on their website. Let me answer on behalf of Bungie: We understand you are not happy with the current weapon set up, rest assured you are not the only guardian with these concerns. At this time we as are looking into a solution that makes all of us happy. Remember we listen to you.

make snipers better? I feel like that is also an option. Dial the flinch way back. Have some shorter range scope options for pvp (and also pve if your intention is simply dps) Snipers don't fit energy slot in the current model as they are too powerful. But unfortunately, I agree they aren't powerful enough.
-
12 답변I've been opposed to this because under this model, single shot kill weapons do not belong in the readily available ammo slots. But sure. Why not. Who cares. The game is dead anyway and 90% of the pvp stats are coming from destiny 1. So really, who cares? Hell. Make swords and rocket launchers primary weapons for all I care. The game is dead, it doesn't really matter what they do with it.

7 답변The thing that bothers me is the fact that I’ve NEVER seen anyone ever talk about the possibility of, oh I don’t know, maybe having the same type of weapon in different archetypes (LIKE THEY’VE ALREADY DONE) i.e. have a sniper or shotgun in ur energy slot that CANT OHK someone while allowing someone to still use their OHK sniper in heavy slot. I mean it’s not that hard of a thing to understand since players are already running dual handcannons and autorifles. This way players in PVE get usable and viable snipers and crucible junkies can still have their OHKs, because Destiny was never meant to be only PVE or all PVP, it’s a mixture of both given what the player feels like doing. I hate that people shit on this game CONSTANTLY. Don’t get me wrong it’s not a perfect game, but that the thing, EVERYONE IN DESTINY EXPECTS IT TO BE PERFECT! You all expect it to be some kind of masterpiece. People are going out of their way spending their time trying to work on something for you to enjoy and your giving them nothing but crap and hardache. If you don’t like the game do complain, play something different. No multiplayer game u you wil ever find will be perfect. Deal with it.

9 답변So little crutch babies can use there crutch weapons just outside the map. Yeah dream on

6 답변no stick yer snipers up yer ring learn to primary for once instead of camping in the back trying to get 1 hit kills every match for another 3 years

1 답변작성자: DeathPony07 1/28/2018 8:20:32 PMThe garbage 2 primary weapon loadout. One of the main reasons why D2 is so -blam!-ing boring. Another is the slow as -blam!- ability cooldowns. The only people that like this crap are the whiners that cried "NERF! REEEEEE!" every 10 seconds in D1. They're why D2 sucks.

8 답변if you want snipers back in that slot, you'd also have to allow shotguns and fusions (debatable for this one due to how quickly they drop shielded enemies) back in it as well
-
2 답변With how much flinch and zoom they have, why would you use them over something like a scout rifle?
-
2 답변Sniping is literally dead. It's useless in pve and barely usable in pvp if you're a 350 degree no scopong hero.

I like the idea that snipers, shotguns, sidearms, and the primaries to be kinetic and energy weapons. Fusions put into energy slots. Toss LMG back into the loot pool for power, and buff grenade launchers and liner fusion rifles.
-
4 답변No! We don't need snipers trolling the whole match getting easy no skill kills like in D1.
-
15 답변All or nothing. If you can have your sniper back, I want my fusion rifle. Shotguns too.
-
3 답변I disagree, keep them as they are. I don’t want players to snipe me when I’m trying to kill them with my half of magazine.

작성자: draycole 1/28/2018 7:26:36 PMJust a quick note here. Even if snipers did 1,000,000 damage per Headshot. If encounters don't cater to using those kinds of weapons (like D1 encounters did, where almost every single boss had a giant crit spot that stood in one place) Then snipers will be at a disadvantage. Yes I know they don't actually do a lot of damage as they currently are, but the point of this post is to bring light to the fact that simply increasing sniper rifle damage or ammo won't make them more viable I'm comparison to other heavy weapons

작성자: Drake 1/28/2018 6:04:32 PMThey are going off Halo rules which are pretty sound. Anything that CAN 1-shot a player is either OP or should be a power weapon. Snipers just require a higher skill curve than other heavies. This is why in D1 everyone always BITCHED about snipers and shotguns, cause they can 1-2 tap ppl which only a POWER weapon should be able to do. A sniper in capable hands can take out a whole team, does it happen often no- but if people bothered to 'git gud' it would happen. As it stands I think crucible is too boring and no one (even if you ONLY play PvP) really is invested in getting better than they already are, and for most it's just easier and funner to spam the colony instead of sniping people.
-
4 답변Lame. Just double their pve damage. Or make low impact precision only snipers for kinetic and energy. Call them scout snipers. Downside is take mega flinch. Decrease flinch of heavy snipers.
-
2 답변Either that or put in some maps that actually make them useful. I tried to use a sniper when this game first dropped and I would just get locked on a target and it would die before I could shoot. I’m not the end all be all of any kind of online game but I’m not the Gomer Pyle of gaming either...snipers just blow in D2. PVP I would hold my own but generally was much better as a clutch “oops” kind of player. I would pull one out of my butt when the team really needed it. Catching the entire enemy team coming down a hallway while the other two were off elsewhere or get that last guy in the air while he was jumping for the overtime control zone. There are none of those moments in D2. It’s just a generic shooter now. When a new game drops that gives us back what Destiny 1 had/has I’m gone...along with a lot of other people I’d guess.
