Quick question: Ever since COO there's been a sidearm in the inventory of every faction, the "Consensus" or something of the sort. To get this gun, you have to pledge to every faction. My question is, do you have to pledge to each with one character, or to one with each character? I usually pledge one character to each faction, and I plan on doing it again (and to the same factions), but should I mix it up a bit to make progress towards the sidearm? Any advice is appreciated, thanks in advance. :)
