Bungie don't bring back Dead Ghosts unless you intent on adding a in game Codex
ive said it before and ill say it again, Bungie, add a god damn Codex for lore in destiny 2. if its true you want to bring back Dead Ghost then please for the love of god, add a codex that we can read in game and enjoy. hell even have certain content (exotics, lore etc) tied to milestones (exp - kill 100 fallen learn about their history) go all out with putting the lore in game but for the love f god, do it right
