It's pretty obvious they don't care about this game anymore so why should we?

188 답변Hope to have some information on Thursday to change your mind. There are many passionate people in the studio, hitting the grindstone to address feedback that's been collected since launch. Can't say much just yet, but we'll have info for you in the coming days. Cheers, -Dmg

6 답변OP, your game history is almost exclusively “Explore”. You have completed the original raid two times total. You have one character even close to max power. You haven’t done the raid lair at all. You have experienced a fraction of what this game has to offer. You have no relevance in this community whatsoever. You haven’t even begun to grind anything. You have no relevant experience draw upon concerning this game.

1 답변If you don’t want to play the game then don’t -blam!-ing play it, but don’t tell people not to do something they like JUST because you don’t like it

1 답변i'm done watching Brooklyn 99. i'm not watching that show again until the next episode. i bet they don't even care.

1 답변I think the passion is there; just look at the beautiful worlds that the devs create! What clouds this passion is the pursuit of money and corporate greed that isn't necessarily the developer's fault.

2 답변I don't work at bungie but I am a software developer and I know the engineers and artists that worked on D2 absolutely care very much about the players and how their game is received. I think D2 is a classic case of how bean counters in upper management can destroy a game and a companies reputation. The developers don't care about eververse or micro transactions they simply want to make a great game that people love. The decision was made to dumb down destiny to appeal to as much of a mass market as possible and then direct them to slot machine cosmetics behind a pay wall. This decision was made at executive management level, no engineer proposed this nonsense, these were mandates. The results have been a disaster and now bungie is going to scramble to come up with a middle ground but the damage done to their reputation is staggering.

there are still a ton of people who love and enjoy the game while recognizing its faults and areas of improvements. for god's sake stop telling people how they should feel about the game. it's so ridiculous how unhappy you all make yourselves with sh*t posts like this. if you're done, cool...move on; we don't need or want your negativity.

10 답변Bungie is conducting Pavlovian mind experiments and the Destiny 2 population is the dog. All of the the data from their experiments will be used by Activision to optimize microtransaction processes and further their understanding and utilization of controlled obsolescence. Break the chains that you pay to shackle yourself. Boycott Bungie. Boycott Activision.

7 답변Bungie, do you even care? You remove mayhem when everyone was begging for it to stay, you encourage kids to pay to buy your gambling loot boxes by throttling xp gains, then when you get exposed, you "fix" it, then turn around and do it again, increasing the amount of xp you need to earn one loot box, you lock almost everything behind a paywall: Ghosts, sparrows, ships, shaders, emotes, skins, and GAMEPLAY ALTERING MODS, of course, if you're gonna be scumbags, go all the way I guess. Your first expansion was worse than dark below, you can complete the story in 30-45 minutes, and you lock almost all of the cool stuff behind a gambling paywall! And the token system doesnt even feel rewarding. You get some stupid coins for beating the hardest endgame activity and cash them in for some guns and armor that arent even that good! There is no reason to play the prestige raid, it doesn't doesnt even give you anything special. After curse of osiris came out, i couldn't play half of the stuff that was available to me before: The nightfall, trials of the nine, and the prestige raid (not like I would want to do it though) The weapons don't even have randomized rolls, so you have less of a reason to play, in D1, you had a reason to play, to get that God roll eyasluna or that matador with shot package(back when it still existed) This provides no depth in PvP when everyone is just running around with the same gun, at least in D1 when everyone used the same gun there were different rolls so there was at least some difference, but now everyone is just running around with carbon copies of other people's guns... This is NOT the bungie that created halo... So do you even care?

14 답변작성자: Red 1/10/2018 4:00:36 PMI've gone back to playing borderlands 2 for that loot based fix... ridiculous amount of weapons, as many characters as you want, skill trees that actually make a difference, DLC that's worth a shit, weapons and armour i can swap between characters, vault space i can increase with currency obtained easily within the game, items i can trade, and a dev team that gave/gives a shit. All this on a game 6 years old...

Here's the TWAB for Thursday: "We were going to make changes in D2 that actually matter, and have been on the radar, but instead, we are going to make changes to Eververse. Sorry to everyone that had hopes that real changes were coming. Because of a few hundred people on the forums, we aren't going to be making any actual changes that matter. We know we have millions of players, but the crybabies on the forums have prevented us from making real Quality of Life changes to the game." - DeeJ Out

38 답변I am happy with the game in its current state. I am -blam!-in tired of people trying to speak for the entire community. I just want to know when is the next faction rally.

Was done 2 months ago. I preordered and bought all dlc’s because I had an awesome raid team for D1. A game this bad couldn’t keep us together for long. They have my money so it’s a win win!! Ok wait no it’s not. They destroyed an amazing game like D1 and did this to it. Not ok!!!!!!!!!

Eh, I don't wanna shit on the devs. They do what they're told to do by the designers and the people above them and the people above that again. The ones making all the cool shit you love seeing are for the most part, grunts and other low/mid level employees. I fully agree in taking the crap to bungie as an entity that grew too comfortable resting on their core fanbase to care about them, but don't hate on the grunts. Most likely, they're as bummed out as the playerbase is.

1 답변Haven't played since November 18, 2017 and won't be coming back to D2. I'll consider giving D3 a look, but only if Bungie manages to grow some non-repugnant professional ethics between now and then.
