I wanted to make a quick post letting everyone know I'm back. If you didn't know, I took some time off recently to spend with my new baby girl.
Dmg04 did a great job covering for me and will continue to assist the community team here at Bungie.net. He made a good post today about the current state of the Bungie.net forums. If you want to continue posting #RemoveEververse threads, that's fine. We will do our part by taking that message to people up the chain at Bungie. If you want to post other feedback, we are interested in reading that as well. We won't be removing posts that don't break the Code of Conduct.
It's good to be back. We will have some news about future updates coming soon.

작성자: Atomic 1/9/2018 11:26:59 PMThe raid needs actual loot. This game sacrificed to much things for the sake of PvE. Many people disagree with the two primary weapon system. It basically makes snipers and shotguns useless. Trying to build off of it will only make thing work. This game doesn't have the same feeling as Destiny 1 and doesn't make you feel powerful. The endgame needs to be buffed up and has to feel good again. This game has put too much emphasis on eververse and this needs to be toned down. I don't care if you make it like D1 again as long as changes are made to make the endgame feel good again. This game needs to have you get powerful weapons again so eververse doesn't matter as much. Bungie appears to have deliberately put this in stupidly thinking the playerbase would go along with it. This game as a whole feels half baked and unfinished. Little effort was put into it. This game makes it look like Bungie abandoned their playerbase to attract new customers and make more. Odds are Bungie's probably not going to do a thing.

작성자: JP 1/9/2018 10:59:59 PMCongratulations! 😄 I appreciate the hard work that has been put into this game. There are a lot of complaints that it's not like D1. Probably from the same people who wanted it to be completely different and not expansion-like. Can't have it both ways. The community saw what happened with B.F.2 and jumped on the bandwagon. Sad that a part of the community is so hate driven. A lot of the focus should be on the bugs in the game and more playability/ end game content. Having said that, a couple of ideas for E.V. 1st actual problem is the set up. Engrams shouldn't be for sale. Items should be direct buy. With choice of piece by piece or in bundles. I think Bungie would make more money if items were guaranteed. Also E.V has too much content. At least half or more should be through quests or drops. Lastly, either change E.V to a token system or if you (Bungie) really wants to keep the rng engram, then have the engram pay out with 3 selectable items. (Max 2 armor pieces at a time) and 1 other item. Having the player be able to select which items they want would lesson the complaints about duplicates. Or grinding countless hours just to get some unwanted items. E.V. has really cool items but they are ridiculously hard to obtain even through microtransactions. Sadly seems like Bungie keeps shooting themselves in the foot with every "fix." This game has great potential. Please fix correctly. Passionate and caring players are waiting. Also is there a way to separate the negative posts from the positive posts? Tired of seeing a bunch of whiney, hateful, and disgusting posts from super negative people.

Welcome back. Perhaps you can take into consideration that Thursdays only for official communication from bungie is not enough, especially after long holidays and when there is a community issue as large as the one currently taking place. Paired with the weekly resets being tuesdays, I really do think you need to look at a twice weekly communication schedule. I think there is plenty to be covered and discussed for the next few weeks at the least.

작성자: CityLion 1/9/2018 10:21:22 PMWelcome back! If you end up reading this please consider it. Have you noticed how underwhelming and underutilized the arcstrider super is? This is specially true in crucible. If I could make a suggestion, I believe that giving this subclass 'blink' would be just the thing to bring it back in fashion, just in time for spring too! It would solve the problem of that telegraphed b-line approach that most folks use in the crucible while pole dancing. Also, mechaneer tricksleeves are um...preeety bad. There was some love given to specific exotics on the last update. Maybe these can get some of that love too? I'm thinking something along the lines of increased melee range like some other popular exotic gauntlets (synthocepts and ophidian aspects). Hunters are my favorite subclass just 'because' and it is my opinion that they are the weakest of the three with warlocks having received the most love in D2. I'm just saiyan. Whaddayasay?

작성자: Ahhsenberg 1/9/2018 10:05:43 PMI love how you try to get on our sympathetic side by pushing your kid into this post(why you have upvotes) and then spout off the typical garbage that we're tired of hearing. I think it's even more insulting for you to reach out time and time again without actually interacting with people in your threads(or the forum in general) unless it's something that can be answered with a generic customer support rep blurp. If this is all that the community team is capable of, besides the extremely rare ride along, why even bother having one? Maybe you guys should just stick to announcements instead of giving any false hopes of Bungievision actually caring about their community like Bungie used to. Oh, by the way, your Code of Conduct can be used to ban anyone for anything. Implying that the #RemoveEververse posts aren't being removed by Ninjas for anything besides righteous reasons is laughable. Bannable offenses such as "offensive content" or "disrespect" can be applied to almost anything. Seriously, this website and what this company turned into is pathetic. I'm just happy your beloved Destiny community has had enough of the bullshit and is as outraged as the old community was.

작성자: SackOfWine 1/9/2018 9:19:28 PMCan we assume that this was a middle finger directed at us since we didn’t get a, “we will get rid of eververse” answer. Because at this point you even thinking about not getting rid of eververse might not be a good idea. Just saying.

Tl tr: this spam is pissing cozmo off, if the community want to keep spamming this crap of remove eververse it's fine but don't break rules it's not like nothing ever change but he will pass it to some chain or someone at bungie who supposedly doesn't know wtf is going on here. We definitively missed this community manager huh? 😂

작성자: whiskeychaser 1/9/2018 9:14:33 PMCongratulations! Your life is about to fly right by. Sorry you had to step back into this firestorm, you can thank whoever designed those dawning armor sets. Keep us informed about the possibility of keeping random fireteams together while grinding strikes. Thanks, and good to have you back.

If you don’t mind me giving a little feedback, none of which is destructive of course. I doubt you’ll ever see/reply to this short response, but all I want is communication. I don’t know if it was circumstances that drove dmg to be more active in the community (referring to the “State of D2” post, but he seemed a lot more involved with the community. Also I’d love to see you, and future community managers just replying to us more often in the comments of your posts. Glad your back, and your daughter is adorable! Congratulations!
