Currently I've dismantled enough weapons and gear to get the faction reward, but when I try to collect the reward nothing is there. The progress bar that shows how many resources are needed until the reward is unlocked is full and the icon for the gunsmith is constantly blinking, like when you have a notification for that specific vendor. If anyone has any advice for what to do please help.
