I am not proud of this thread and almost all of my comments. I don't know why I think posting negative "feedback" is an acceptable way to work through frustration and feeling let down. I got my $60 out of Destiny 2, there is no buyers remorse. I think it was the ideal game when it came out. I was sticking up for it until the content lockout on Curse of Osiris. I thought things would improve at a faster pace. The Eververse revolt, imo, has more to do with dissatisfaction in the game. There is a very strong case for its implementation being a sign of a way of thinking in the creation of this game that is detracting from their product. In the spirit of the New Year here is something positive: It is so hard to think about getting D1 at ride of iron, not really knowing anything about it. At the time my only experience with a 'looter shooter' variety of game was The Division. And I did not like it. I trusted a friend's word. I remember that my first exotic was Dragons Breath, I loved it, and loved it even more as the game went on. I remember the random person from a strike who helped me get Ghalarhorn. So many amazing experiences. Some people in the tower were doing the head-slap emote, which was my favorite. We all did that for a few minutes and I get a message. We group up, they take me through the first bit of Kings Fall, which I had never done, teaching me the raid and challenge mode. Turns out two of the people in the party I joined live in my small town. I never had a bad LFG experience. I almost completed the record book, as a late arriving player that was hard. I think I have one PS4 trophy left. We couldn't get the damn bells to ring correctly. I do have hope that things like this can happen again. I won't play the game, I have accepted that I am skipping DLC 2 as well. I will wait. And I will stop pooping on the game and Bungie; it is mean and it does not work towards our common goal with this game. LOL, I just realized a lot of us are working through this using the stages of grief. I have never expressed the following. I will write it once and never again just to get it out. Destiny needs a change of management, simple as that. The people calling the shots are just driven by greed. They forgot who actually pays their wages and bit the hand that fed them. I hope some good will come out of this - -blam!- pvp, give me back my ghorn, icebreaker and fate bringer. I wanna feel like a guardian with a golden cock again. One shot kill mutha fcukers.

I've been regretting buying Destiny 2. It can't be said enough, Bungie and their game represents the worst things about the industry. I will probably never play another Bungie title again.

Looks like it's time to try Assassin's Creed: Origins. Never played any of the franchise... had my head to far up Bungie's ass. The world is bright place again, now that I've actually gotten into WarFrame, and the spell that I and likely many other's were under, is now broken. There are so many other offerings..... but the darkness cast by the Bungie's sorcery was mighty and masked all else. But, in their greed and decadence, they forgot the source of their power, believing that they themselves were the only ones powerful enough to wield it. And as with so many other dynasty's..... believing your own hype, is the path to destruction and revolt.....
