Hi dmg04 (is this short for "damage control unit 04?, i am genuine curious) i really appreciate this list, i hope you are allowed to do a better job with following up those isues than DeeJ and Cozmo were allowed to do.. but you already have more "hits" on what the customer actually wants that they had since D1.. so please keep up the good work.. • Eververse "loot boxes" are a very toxic issue right now and i do understand the desire to be able to tweak the access to certain rewards based on the individual player based on your "smart loot system" that is currently in place which changes drop rates per player based on a multitude of reasons and different influences (see also the new activision Patent which is basically the further development of this system) and i do also understand that the games engine does not necessarily allow to take modules out or in at a quick succession so those loot boxes will stay for a while.. but . you have the bright dust economy system right beside to have player purchase items they desire. maybe , as a proposal, just make bright dust purchasable and tripple the amount of item in the bright dust rotation so that people can purchase the item they want , if they donot wantto gamble for it. plus: to compensate for the missing revenue of the missing doublicate sale and to cater to the more casual player, maybe you can add the "game aides" section where you can offer items that the normal player would not need but maybe some cusuals, like heavy ammo synth, or ebergy ammo synth or even kinetic ammo synth, given the rule that you do NOT change the current ammo economy to motivate those purchases , but to merely give help to player that out of the one or the other reason struggle with the normal way to obtain ammo.. this sectio should always be a PLUS for the player and should never be misused to sell consumables to players by changing the free consumables economy in game.. (with still 1 million players in PvE there will be players that have the time and the wish to calculate and proof any changes anyway) plus: put every lore related item IN game and tie some game play mechanics to it, like you did with the ornaments, or better and more desired: bring back those item quests from TTK like black spindle, thorn or outbreak prime, , they have been received fairly well. in other words, make the purchased items more predictable and add game lore related items back into the gameplay as a reward (which helps the incentive to play a LOT) and add game aides to help the more casual player with consumables that state of the art players would not need . • Mayhem let it in the game as an optional playlist.. i know it waters down the current VERY small players pool of mere 300k CCP but with that mode you will get free advertisement from content creators that finally got a game mode that people seem to enjoy watching. plus, just add an emblem that shows the max number of wins in a row.. you will see people racing to the highest number and make the number one having a "chaos aura" that will reset with the weekle reset also.. • Vault Space add kiosks.. people generally do not like to be forced to delete stuff so simply add those items to the player side save data and let the purchase items they already found with shards at a low level.. this way its not important if people find a way to hack their way to a full set.. they will only harm themselves not anyone else.. • Endgame - Strikes, Raids, Item Collection see above in several sections.. PLUS: raid items need a raid perk that makes the raid slightly easier and need to drop after a section from the chest.. not via token hours or days after completion, POSITIVE: i appreciate that the raid vendor is now availiable from the beginning. • Crucible - Gametypes, Team sizes almost everything has been said.. ttk to long, movement too slow, is the main complaint.. 6v6 needs to return and if you are on it, if the games engine and the consoles allow it, a real horde mode with 100+ enemies and 4or 6 guardians would be nice.. round based.. maybe even with pvp elements. =) • Sandbox Balancing - Exotics weapons and armor puh, tough thing.. i understand what you wanted to achive with the new exotics but you have seen that the only really unbalanced exotic was the star amongst the really mediocre items.. buffing most exotics effects by at least 100% would lead to a usage of other wise neglected armor items.. • Three of Coins as reported, they seem to remove the chance of getting exotics for the duration, to there might be a +/- error in the code somewhere, remove them until solved since people spend legendary marks on them and will be pissed if not refounded.. • Curse of Osiris: Weapons Forge Questing they need to be in a quest each , INCLUDING at least still scenes and some lore explanation use the comics style IN GAME to explain some of the lore. • Masterworks and Weapon/Armor Modifications add armor and simply make sure that it has an effect.. buffing something with 0,04% (reference to the notorious auto rifle buff in d1) doesnt cut the issue.. it needs to be "noticable",, currently the only plus on masterworks is a.) getting it b.) orb creation for the player himself.. (do NOT NERF this .. it would remove the masterworks "flair" completely) addendums: - get a decent lore guy..and work with SHOWING the lore in game.. bungie still has not understood the difference between a story telling and a narration.. the complete background of almost every character in Destiny is missing.. the "Zavala Trailer" has created more "lore" about Zavala than all the scannables combined. - rework the comic.. the style is good but the story it tells is a bit far fetched ... and put this comic available in the world map.. this is not too much to ask for.. - hire some decent but unkown people that can create alternative voice packs for your ghost.. you could put them into the eververse store at 2.99 $ and people (including me! would buy them ) - add player quarters and have some interior for sale at eververse , people would start showing off their "crib" on youtube .. attention! add also items obtainable IN GAME , by playing the game, as rewards, like a "gate lords head" if we ever would need another one - add a scannable objects kiosk i the game, aka, lore kiosk.. its needed,, really..
