I Have played this on and off over the years and the way the community has become is laughable. People complain about cash shops yet, if you do the activities in game you can get the bright engrams to get them. *Is that not the point of the game even if you do need a little help from Rngesus*
People complain when you have to pay for DLC content which to me is no different then paying for an expansion *WoW* Comes to mind. Swtor you pay a sub fee if you want to unlock certain aspects of the game. They may not be as big but your also not paying 60 dollars.
I have recently switched to the PC and while it is not the best game in the world I do have fun doing strikes with my friends, grinding out patrols and events.

작성자: Seraph 12/20/2017 11:48:15 PMI’m torn. In many ways I think Destiny 2 is a better game than Destiny 1. Destiny 1 was built around Nightfall’s, Raids and PVP, things that I couldn’t do ( because there was no match making ) or didn’t want to do ( I despise PVP ). Bungie put a lot of time and effort in Destiny 2 into improving the activities that I personally like to do ( the campaign, adventures, lost sectors, Strikes ) and I acknowledge that in Destiny 2 all these activities are better than their Destiny 1 counterparts. However Bungie also removed the illusion of depth from Destiny 2 and that has only served to highlight that there isn’t really much point in logging on to D2 day after day, week after week and month after month. Games like these need something to keep the player base coming back. Destiny 1 had stuff to grind for, Destiny 2 doesn’t and as such it’s lesser game than its predecessor despite its obvious improvements.

1 답변I love the game, but am quickly becoming disillusioned with Bungie. There seems to be way too much emphasis on getting people to spend money in game. Some of us recently noticed that when you dismantle shaders, especially the ones that give silver dust, they do not give a consistent amount of silver dust. Some give 10 to 14 dust, others as little as 7. This is when you dismantle a stack of the SAME type of shader. Looks like the whole XP thing might be rearing its ugly head again.

Your arguments: -This community is now laughable (since they don't share your opinions, but you didn't elaborate why they're laughable so I had to infer) -You can get bright engrams from doing regular activities (you failed to mention that players who buy them have significantly more mods, armor, shaders, ghosts with good perks, bright dust that can buy fireteam medallions which give you more drops) -WOW community pays for expansions (you failed to mention that those DLC's are actually worth the money and have exponentially more content on top of a base game that in and of itself has infinite amounts of replayability)

Whether you like this game or not, you have to admit that it's been dumbed down into a generic fps that requires minimal skill or effort. Looks good. Sounds good. I'll give you that.

I think you’re asking the wrong question. The majority of people who take the time to post on a forum “like” the subject matter of said forum, e.g., Destiny 2 in this case; but may continue to portray their thoughts or opinions in a negative light because it doesn’t live up to their personal expectations for what it could be. Likely, a more accurate representation of the question you had the intent of inquiring might look like this: “Am I the only one that is not upset about the current state of D2?” ... in which case, yes. Yes, you are probably the only one who is not upset with the delivery of D2 after the endless possibilities and potential Bungie had available to them after three years of collecting community feedback in D1. /s

i have fun. but... having fun has never been an issue for me. i accept things for what they are and leave them behind when i get my fill or lose interest. i can't imagine the 20 year old me writing angry letters to Nintendo because i collected all the star in Mario 64 for a bullshit "reward." Destiny 2 isn't the first game i've played that wasn't "perfect," and hopefully it's not the last.

It frustrates the hell out of me at times but overall it’s entertaining . I’ve enjoyed new additions like masterworks and forge weapons . But this game is controller throwing inducing when you get the same -blam!-ing exotics and armor over and over and over and over and over .... over again. That rips the fun out of it . Whatever they did it’s a thousand times worse after the dlc and update . So yeah I enjoy it on rare occasions . Other than that it’s a pos at least it’s easy to quit the addiction now :)

2 답변I am having fun playing. I could careless about met as and so-called god rolls. For me, opening chests and decrypting engrams is a reward. Not THE reward. I just like shooting the various enemies.

I play it regularly specially with my gf and we have fun. If something bothers us about it we stop playing and play other games or don’t deal with what’s bothering us and keep playing. It’s no big deal it’s a video game after all no need to make letters essays about not wanting to play anymore...

I enjoy it. I can see where a lot of the complaints come from, and I'm sure soon enough I'll get tired of the same grind, but right now i'm having fun. I'm sure after year 1 there will be a lot of stuff to do like D1 did. If I ever did get tired, I could always come back then and try again.

작성자: Kwill87 12/20/2017 9:37:31 PMI'm not sure if you're trolling or not but I'll comment anyway. The problem players have isn't the eververse itself, but that the emptiness, lack of endgame content, and incentive to keep playing after a certain point could have been for the most part rectified by the items present in eververse. Now you could argue that grinding bright engrams is endgame if you want the sparrows, emotes, ghosts, etc. I'll give an example, if exotic ghost shells or ships were added randomly in a reward pool for endgame activities they would be done a lot more and have more longevity. My personal opinion on Eververse is that I didn't really care at all. I do however detest limited timed events that put items behind loot box mechanics and give very few ways to earn them. We all know that any game that pushes players toward a cash shop no matter if it's pay to win or not is a bad deal for the players, but event items is new low. Like I said earlier an argument can be made that grinding xp to grab a loot box is the endgame and that grinding one thing is no different than grinding something else. P.S. DLC and Expansions are two completely separate packaged content. Also Destiny is not technically a free to play game so it shouldn't be compared to other f2p games like Swtor. People aren't complaining about paying for DLC, they're complaining about how soul-less and empty the DLC is.

1 답변Enjoy? No. Tolerate, so I can waste time doing absolutely nothing. Chill. Yes. Nothing is really enjoyable about this game, but it is something to do when I'm bored, which is all the damn time.
