Super hyped. I was a bit reluctant to put them on at first because the 'normal' color spectrum for me would be completely altered by being exposed to the 'normal' color spectrum for everybody else. Basically, I thought that after knowing what the true color spectrum looks like, I wouldn't be able to look at my spectrum the same. I have to say though, I'm very impressed. I looked at friend's cuzi and it went from a very bright green to a faded yellow, which is what everyone else saw. The color red began to pop WAY more than I thought. I can't look at red normally now without seeing it super faded compared to with my glasses and it being one of the most vivid colors I have ever seen. 10/10 best birthday ever!
Thats the thing that interests me about colourblind fellas. You can see, say, purple as it appears to you but know it as blue due to society calling that colour "blue". By that, you could go your whole life having complete fluency in which colour is what according to name. On that, what makes blue, "blue"? Its only blue because the majority perceive it to be, well, blue.
