[HELP] Destiny 1 account wasn't taken over to Destiny 2
Hi everyone,
I am a Year One Destiny player and as many here I linked my PSN account with my battle.net account so that when I start playing Destiny 2 on PC I could keep my characters as well as any rewards/milestones.
So my problem is the following: although it seems like me linking my "old" PSN (Destiny 1) account with battle.net went without a hitch when I started Destiny 2 today on PC I was asked to select a class and then edit his/her looks.
Wasn't I supposed to keep my old characters (how they looked like) when I start Destiny 2? Did I make a mistake while linking? Or is it just normal that I have to recreate a new character and my old ones are lost (what i doubt)?
I would appreciate any help or information about this topic. Thanks in advance ^^

3 답변On August 1st only character appearance was transferred on the [u]same[/u] account. If you play Destiny 2 on your PlayStation account then your characters will be there. Because PC is completely fresh nothing is transferred to it including your characters.

2 답변Hello guardian, https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/45967#AccountMigration The account migration process transfered characters on the same platform to Destiny 2 so long as they met the requirements and were using the same account. The migration could not be used to transfer characters across platform families. What you are experiencing is normal because you're starting your Destiny experience on a new platform.
