The only ones that were actual MGs were the Corrective Measure, SGA, a small handful of vendor guns, and any that could roll pre-bungled field scout like Deviant Gravity A (60 rounds with FS). To really count as an MG it needs a large ammo supply provided by a belt/box, somewhere in the range of 100-250 rounds. Most of the D1 "MGs" only had 20-30ish rounds, hence "large caliber rifle" like the Browning Automatic Rifle of WWII. Machine gun by technicality only. That said, yes I would love to see some proper MGs. SGA was a pretty good one in its final iteration, and I will always have a spot for my pre-bungled field scout Deviant Gravity A. God that thing kicked ass.

2 답변I haven't even played D2 but are you seriously telling me they got rid of heavy machine guns??

1 답변I think they can be worked in. But for PVP they will need a trait that makes them more strategic than simply powerful. Say maybe they operate poorly while moving and standing, so in order to make them effective you have to crouch and stay still? Kinda like modern heavy machine guns. Or while standing their ammunition count is low, because of a short belt. But if you set up the gun it can be linked to more ammunition. Or make it a third person weapon like swords and scorch cannons? A heavy hip fire weapon. And when you hold down aim, you deploy the Bi-pod. Which anchors you in place, but now you have a more stable weapon.

작성자: Arcane Jackal 10/29/2017 7:02:52 PMYes, because grenade launchers and sniper rifles feel useless in most cases. I need something that feels less one and done like rocket launchers. Swords and shotguns are ok, but sometimes I just want to sit back and Rambo it out with an LMG.

I’ve been missing the Nemesis Star. I played a strike or two with it this weekend and it felt so good. Went back there to finally get my hands on the Jade Rabbit, and ended up coming back missing some things. (Rip using fusion rifles constantly in pvp).

I think LMG's should be brought back but changed. Sense they were taken out of the game because of the "Ammo Economy", I think they should be reintroduced as a primary/secondary weapon and have their power adjusted as so. They should practically be slower firing Auto rifles but have better range (And have a larger magazine size). Weapons like the "Cold Heart" / "Sweet Business" have huge mag sizes and are practically LMG's already so I don't see why Bungie didn't think of this already.
Where is my Zombie Apocalypse AR-47? How about Thunderlord? Please consider reintroducing Heavy Machine Guns!!
No dev goes to the trouble of removing everything that made Destiny fun, to listen to us! Bungie would not keep a good weapon when they deliberately cripple anything good. Removing HMG’s confirms the complete conversion of this game to meet the Killer Elite standards: “it kills, its OP, nerf it” philosophy. TLDR: game is now a Child Safe War...

1 답변It's a shame they had to remove an entire weapon class, one that was very widely loved by the community, for the sake of pvp balance. Just another way pvp is shaping the whole game for the worse.

1 답변작성자: Maliades 10/29/2017 2:35:24 PMHell yes - I miss my Unending Deluge like crazy. It was my trump card for when I was in a bad situation. Almost 200 rounds, saved me countless times. I was super pissed off when I realized the whole gun class had been removed. EDIT; Whoops, looking back it had almost 200 rounds in general, not in a clip. I think it had 70 rounds on it's own, but with ammo booster armor perks it was a bit more. Still saved my ass a ton though.
