Nice IB reskin weapons bungie
As guessed, they’re just a bunch of lazy reskins.
So I guess that’s what Luke meant...by making the fifth drop of the same weapon more interesting, by adding five reskins of the same weapon?! Nice...
This is just damn lazy bungie! Or did you plan IB with no weapons at all and had to make some quick, because people already were worried why there are no infos about them?
Not even a samurai sword? Nothing?
And the fact that light level doesn’t matter anymore, makes the first IB a shadow of itself. I’m sad.... -_-
Edit: It seems there are many people defending the reskinned weapons. And I know we had reskins before, but bungie finally made the step to add unique weapons to IB. So why go back?
Are you guys ok if your mom/girlfriend finally adds mayonnaise on your sandwich and all of a sudden stops doing it? I’m pretty sure everyone would be disappointed by it. ;)
And also, I agree, the armor looks great! But all I got so far was the freaking terak chest...I mean, wtf. I’m playing IB, so why add random gear in the lootpool bungie?!

1 답변Right there with ya. I mean there are art designers out there that were drawing new concepts for weapons at the end of D1. So why couldn’t they pay these guys a little and sit one of their weapon designers down with them and create a lot of weapons not just a reskin with a different perk.

It's not like every other game does the same exact shit. Bungie didn't make reskins of iron banner gear until rise of iron game out. Quit being a whiny bitch and play the game. If you don't like iron banner gear then stop playing iron banner and go to some pve or quickplay

What they did in IB is what they did to the whole d2 game, a lot of reskin and lot of taking things away that was in the first game, we lost waaaay more then we got, private matches, random rolls on weapons and gear, begin able to chose what kind of crucible game type you wanted,being able to just buy the weapons and gear you wanted from the vendors( now it's like playing slot machines) in the last game the vendors would rotate the gear they sold at the weekly rest, now that all gear is set that's also out.

4 답변Iron banner is ruined, now if I loose every match or will take me 10 matches to get gear. In old iron banner I would get 5 reputation boosting tokens and when I won they would cash in. Also the Engram are eh for me, i would rather have 2 guns and two armor pieces guaranteed per month then this and also you could buy the shaders and a ghost. TLDR: D1 IB was better

It will be interesting to see how D2's Iron Banner gear stacks up. I never used vanilla's much, though Jolder's Hammer was my go-to MG for awhile. A couple of TTK guns became staples, especially my Titan's Colovance; I probably have more kills with that gun than any other. Aesthetics-wise, the RoI guns were the best, and it's disappointing not to see them returning. But, I'll see how the IB guns perform. The next Colovance might be waiting for me to pick it up. And unlike the original, it won't clash with my favourite armor.

4 답변I can deal with the reskins...what drives me crazy is the crappy rng. I bust my hump winning ib matches to get rank up packages faster only to have them turn into either the bond or sidearm. Every package it alternates between the two. It makes it hard to keep playing knowing youre just gonna get screwed on the rewards.

5 답변Yes, yes. It's reskinned and lack luster. But I'm really loving the auto rifle [b]FORWARD PATH[/b] it's really beating ass! Better than Origin Rifle. So far - the only IB gun I find interesting.

4 답변20 bucks that Bungie only planned for Armor in the Iron Banner, but when they got blasted they quickly added re-skinned weapons to save face.

I make my own sandwiches, however, your point is understood. Much of what Destiny 1 became over 3 years was stripped away from it in D2. why remove these parts of the game and then not replace them with something. Sure, its a new game, there are new economies and new strategies etc, however, taking so much of what made Desinty 1 great, and not replacing it with anything that COULD have been great just leaves everyone feeling liek the game is an empty shell.. Its beautiful, plays great and the gunplay is still top notch. What they forgot was to fill the world with meaningful content after taking alot of that content away to change the game.
