You know what finally killed Destiny?
Destiny 2......
Not only that but the entire franchise will be dead before Thanksgiving. This game is so much trash!! I'm a hardcore player that played Destiny 1 through the ups and down and you know why??? CUZ IT WAS FUN!!!!! Bungie finally pulled the ultimate Nerf! They nerfed the fun out of this franchise!! Thank you Bungie!!!

3 답변They need to scrap all future plans for D2. Start working on D3 with Y3D1 as the model and go back to making DLC's for D1 until D3 drops.

4 답변Bungie just obviously doesn't have the passion for this franchise anymore. They fell out of love with Destiny sometime after House of Wolves. Then they didn't even realize (or care to realize) that they hit a home run with TTK. Bungie has moved on from Destiny. The entire package of D2 is Bungie telling us "we're tired of this, here's another game or whatever, now leave us alone"

12 답변Fortunately what is killing Destiny 2 was we got what we asked for. The whiners and complainers got what they wanted, all the rest of us that never complained get screwed.

This game is pretty bland. Bungie isn't helping it either they went about it in the wrong way to think that the thing they have been doing all along would keep working for Destiny 2. They didn't innovate anything and even took away a lot of stuff that did work. People who didn't play trials weren't not playing it because of the light level advantage. It was the hardcore people who drove them out of it that's just the nature of a playlist like that. It's not any different and that's one example of the things that worked. Getting max in this game has absolutely no incentive to tie to it.

they appealed to the kids who lack any sort of skill who post on the forums complaining about how they can't get kills in crucible because they coudn't use their subclass correctly. so they nerfed the shit out of the best parts of destiny 1 to appeal to the younger generation. sad stuff i tell you

If you would like to help both yourself and Bungie, you should a) quit playing Destiny/Destiny 2, b) quit posting here. This is not a put-down. 100% serious. You'll be better off, Bungie will be better off, we'll all be better off. This goes for anyone else with similar feelings. Find a hobby you enjoy and do that.

Nothing is really motivating me to do activities. Why should I do lost sectors? Why should I do patrols? Why should I do strikes? Most importantly why should I do adventures? We have weekly milestones but after that...then what? NOTHING!!!

Wait...so the last 3 years of Destiny is dead posts, bungie having to neuter the crucible playlist, which did happen btw, and the lack of content for a year or more at a time. That had nothing to do with killing of the franchise?

1 답변Crazy right? We all said the only thing that could kill D1 is D2....in the sense of "kill" we meant to be better than not worse. Granted I only have about maybe 90 hours in compared to my 1600 something in D1 but I don't have the drive to run my warlock and titan through the same crap I already did. It's gotten to the point where I only reason I play is to help people out and they think I'm out of my mind for running my hunter through all the same crap over and over.

I'm not saying D2 is all that I've expected. But if you're being honest you have to admit, first year of D1 was terrible. Players would only come back with new dlc's and some of them weekly to do the nf and raid.
