I was looking through the Database and saw a Dead Orbit Sidearm that had the perk "Adaptive" and wanted to think of what it brings to the table when it releases.
Mainly if the Adaptive Perk affects the weapon's Arch-Type for Kinetic Sidearms
So I wanted to see if it works like the foundry energy counter parts:
Precision = Medium Impact Semi-Auto
Adaptive = Burst Fire
Light Weight = Low Impact Semi-Auto
Rapid Fire = Full Auto
Aggressive/High Impact = Highest Impact, Semi-Auto, High Calibur?
The only issue I see is balancing but I can see this being a good thing for us mad Pistol Whipping Guardians. Especially the Hunters with those Mechaneer's Tripsleeves.
