[BUNGIE] Raid keys erroneously removed from Character Inventory [UPDATE: 10/19/17]
[b][u]UPDATE 10/19[/u]:[/b] As of Destiny 2 [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Explore/Detail/Update/46410]Hotfix 1.0.5[/url], raid keys should no longer be erroneously removed when players create a new character, or when players log in to alternate characters for the first time after the weekly reset.
Additionally, raid keys are no longer removed at the weekly reset, in general.

Through our investigations with internal teams, we have identified two instances where Leviathan raid keys are erroneously removed from character inventory.

If a player earns Raid keys and creates a new character, raid keys are removed from inventory.[/b][/quote]
To prevent this issue, we advise players sign in with all characters or inspect all characters on the Destiny Companion App prior to completing checkpoints within the Leviathan raid after the weekly reset.
Please note: Leviathan raid progress, including key rewards, are reset each week. We are looking to address issues where keys are removed erroneously with a future update. Stay tuned to @BungieHelp for future announcements. [/spoiler]

THIS IS THE THIRD WEEK IN A ROW MY KEYS DISSAPEAR AND 2ND WEEK IN A ROW I DONT GET ANY POWERFUL GEAR. I just want to know what the hell is going on? I have reached out to bungie help on twitter twice now with no response. Are you guys gonna fix this? If not, I want my money back. No point in playing of support is going to be terrible and the rewards are disappearing.

I lost 3 keys last week when I discovered that there was a bug.I followed your instructions for logging into all 3 chars before doing raid and STILL lost 2 keys for a total of 5 keys in 2 weeks.Fix Your Game Bungie.

Apparently this happens if someone else signs in on a different gamer tag on the same console, too. That's the only explanation I can come up with for why my aqueduct key disappeared between last night and tonight - my son played on his GT this evening before I got on. Given how annoying the jump puzzles are to get to the aqueduct chest, I feel especially ripped off. NOTE: This is a different situation from the one described in the alert - that death with signing in on an alt character, not a separate gamertag. Since I have neither changed characters nor made a new one since I got the key, I had no reason to think the alert applied to my situation. This has been an open issue for a week now. It looks like lots of people have lost keys. How is Bungie planning to make it up to us? More importantly, when?

1 답변Bungie, Two nights ago, I completed the raid for the second time this week on my second character (Hunter) and received the drain key, conduit key, and transfer key. I created a new and third character today (Warlock). Tonight, I got back on my aforementioned second character to guide a raid for new raiders and realized my keys are now gone. Will we receive the keys again (after verification of having experienced this anomaly), or are we out of luck? Given the prolific nature of this problem I was wondering how you're planning to make it up to the community. My username in the forums is my Gamertag on XB1 if this is required: house0fpwncakes.

1 답변This just happened to me too. I've only been playing with one character. Beat Calus for the first time, logged back in later to redeem keys and all of them were gone. After all the time I put into it I've never been so disappointed in a game.

1 답변Lost Transfer, Acqueduct and Conduit keys. Didn’t change Character, it was visible at 1400 BST after finishing raid but loaded Leviathan to visit underbelly and keys were gone at 1430 BST

1 답변I have lost 2 conduit keys.... have not changed character and went to open the chests before reset ( IMEDIATELY AFTER COMPLETING RAID AND IMEDIATELY AFTER RECIEVING KEY) Please fix this and give rewards to players who have worked/grinded their ass off for very little gain.

I got totally screwed. The first time I got keys and I get robbed. Thanks bungie. You can change the nightfall suddenly but not this. I also want to thank you for the compensation I know none of us will be getting. At least the games on my phone give me something when their games are glitchy. The only glitches that are fixed here are the ones that give us an advantage. I'm done. I'm surprised I didn't swear.

작성자: ZeusTitan77 10/9/2017 6:55:11 AMI completed the first 3 phases of the raid earlier in the week. Just finished the raid, and got a mega loot key for the Tower. After using that key, my other keys have disappeared, all 3 of them. Very disappointed.
