I've been playing for 1 week and i never found a scout rifle in any loot (engrams, chests or killed ennemies). I can't do the quest to unlock the MIDA because of that... Im a hunter level 20 with 272 of light. The only scout rifles a can get in my game are the ones that i can buy from Failsafe on Nessos, but they are uncommon weapons and i need rare or legendary to complete the quest. By the way, scout rifles are the ones i really enjoy to play with in a FPS so please help me!!!
