There are a lot of Threads about powerful engrams dropping lower than our current power level when u play with a 2nd or 3rd character. I know...
I want to rephrase the current questions to:
ARE THE POWERFUL ENGRAMS OBTAINABLE ONCE [b]PER WEEK AND PER ACCOUNT ONLY[/b]?
