Bring back crucible game mode choice
It really sucks that we can't choose what game type we want to play. I would like to be able to choose wether I play control or clash, or survival or countdown. Anyone else feel the same way?
Also, bring back rumble...
Edit: If we don't have private matches, at least let us choose the game mode.
Edit 2: The game is amazing so far. The goal of this post is to give constructive feedback to Bungie, nothing else.
Edit 3: It is clear that the vast majority of people want the choice of which game mode to play. Almost everyone wants 6v6, and many want 3v3 and rumble. If Bungie is really trying to push 4v4, then we should at least be able to pick the game mode we want. Maybe having a quickplay/competitive option like we have now and additional select playlists inside.
Edit 4: Thank you for all of the support/feedback. Over 900 likes in 24 hours, hopefully Bungie addresses this.

Rift was one of my and my wife's favorites but sadly I know why it got cut to the developers floor. With team shooting being promoted so well, in a 4 v 4 scenario, it would either be too easy to score because of the number of paths to cover or impossible to score if the field was narrow and tight. Rift is a large ish map 6 v 6 or more activity.

You have a choice of "A"..... Ok thanks for nothing.... VS You have a choice of "A""B""C""D""E""Z". <<<< Clear winner Why is this even an issue I don't even remember a pvp game I played where I cannot choose what mode I play in. This just adds to the only 4v4 allowed issue. Why not give us the choice. Some people want 4v4 some want 6v6 I personally want 30vs30(I'm serious but I accept this is not going to happen lol) give us the option to choose its not that hard!!!!! Please don't give me the maps are going to be an issue crap. I'd rather deal with the cramped maps in a 6v6 or 12v12 than have to be forced to do something. Its all about options let it be chaotic so what if they don't like chaotic then they play the 4v4 which should be there for those who don't want chaos. Again point of the story is [b][u]OPTIONS ARE NOT A BAD THING!!!!!![/u][/b] P.S. thanks for reading my rant guardian see you in PvE!!!

1 답변Not being allowed to choose our game mode ruins it for everyone. I prefer straight control but will deal with clash. I don't like supremacy and am avoiding crucible because of it. The issue is that if someone really hates a game mode, they'll quit on it ruining it for the remaining fire team members. It's just a bad situation all around.

Become overcome with body chills dread the fact that you may be loaded into Supremacy Shut off your console and realize there's something better to do than Destiny since you can't play at the way you want to play it

3 답변I really don't get it, this is one of the many things that is stopping me from buying Destiny 2. I do think it looks nice but they seem to have cut out allot of things people actually wanted and took ages to get in to the first game. So far it just seems like they've cut content out again so they can just trick everyone in to thinking there getting extra bonus content for free later when it's something they took away in the first place.

1 답변This other than the shader issue is is minor given its shaders but this is hugely the biggest problem with this game and is i believe the biggest problem thats been seen in the destiny world. We need game modes plain and simple. I play crucible long enough to take care of the quests/challenges other than that it is not fun at all. I want to play control and clash 6v6 not random game type 4v4. They really dropped the ball on this. And whats up with competitive and quick match? nothings different except going to orbit afterwards in competitive. Really surprised at how terrible crucible is after all the F***ING!!!!!!!!!!!! the game up in D1 to make crucible "fair"

1 답변I like Crucible the way it is right now. Ah this rate, all pvp players will start to leave and D2 can focus exclusively on PvE. The game has been doing fantastic because of ignoring pvp demands. I love it. Bungie, keep focusing on PvE - you're on the right track!

1 답변Thank you for making this post, I really hope Bungie sees that we didn't want Rumble to removed along with our freedom of gametype choice :( I feel so lost as a solo PvP main now lol

Bring back 6v6 this crucible is really annoying you always get matched with people who have no idea what they're doing, plus 4v4 does go anywhere near fast enough because the enemy team sticks together and team shots you because they have no gun skill

But when you're in game it almost seems that bungie don't give a damn f*** about what we want and what we liked on D1... 1. No ranked 2. No Private matches 3. No choice for mods 4. No more 3v3, 6v6, rumble and modes with vehicles... (I love 4v4 but I want to have the choice if I want 3v3,6v6,4v4 or rumble). When I saw the new overlay showing supers and stuff and the new very competitive approach I was super exited but it feels like bungie betrayed us... It feels that we are 20 steps behind D1... EDIT / I forgot to mention 5. No more rift, mayhem also but instead they kept they're shitty supremacy...
