It's getting to the point where it's just too much "advertising/spamming" of clans in posts that's completely unrelated.
Many of them even paste their pathetic cries for members as replies/posts in threads made by users who are recruiting for their own clan.
As I understand it, it's a clear violation of CoC? (apparently it's a grey area)
If so, which of the report alternatives is to be used for such posts and the users who post nothing but those?
I bet it will be worse the closer we get to release. Not to mention the storm of them when the game has started
Edit: Typo in title and comment about grey area

1 답변Yeah it's getting quite ridiculous. Really wish there was a way to wade through them or get them all out. Granted now that I think of it, there IS a way to do that! Just join my clan and come to our wall! No longer will you see these posts. No longer will your post be hijacked. Just join my super-secret, totally awesome, not-in-anyway-a-cult, CLAN!
Don't.
Not to mention the storm of them when the game has started
Hey there. Unfortunately this is not a clear violation of bungie.net's Code of Conduct, it is more of a gray area. I fully understand how annoying these kind of posts and replies can be, and we do our best to move Clan Recruitment posts into the #Clan-Section, but we simply cannot catch them all, and we cannot move or remove replies of that kind (we can only move the original topic). I advise you to simply mute these Users, so that you will not see these posts/replies any further. If a User, however, continues to post on several topics with Clan Advertisement or is taking their advertising to an extreme, feel free to report these for "Harassment" via the report tools, as overboard spam can be considered harassment. We will take a look then and consider the best course of action. Thank you. If any other questions arise feel free to ask.

4 답변I don't get why so many people want big clans. I made one just to make getting with friends easier with extra benefits. I just don't see the appeal in having 30 extra strangers there.

1 답변I have never really paid attention to those kind of posts, but sometimes they annoy me too. I just imagine someone making a generic school iMovie with the royalty free ukelele music about their clan. :3

10 답변Join my clan. Founded in 1395. Our motto is "This I'll Defend" Our battle cry is "Loch Sloidh!" We have been chiefless since 1866, but that can change. Our castle is in ruins on an island on Loch Lomond, the last chieftan's home is now a hotel. We lost the right to bear arms because we used them too often with too little thought. We are ready for D2.

4 답변People could just mute them, I don't give a damn if recruiting bothers people cause clans/communities/guilds don't grow otherwise. I can understand the issue if they're constantly spamming it over and over but if it's a one time thing? Meh, go right on cause I'd do the same thing. People really shouldn't be on forums if they can't handle that kind of stuff. I myself prefer recruiting in-game cause it's more direct.
