That's assuming we'll be able to go to orbit in order to change our loadout and not incur a penalty of some kind, perhaps even having to start over. Therefore, locked loadouts may mean players will need to coordinate with one another prior to starting. For example, who is going to equip what weapon/s (assuming one has it/them) before launching into the activity. And as more people become familiar with the activities which have locked loadouts the more specific such requests may become. For example, a LFM post may no longer be 'Must have X' and instead be "Must have X and Y', because someone there already has A and B and no more of those are needed.

  • Yeah. That situation sounds terrible. You're not only going to need to specific power weapons, because you know, that shows skill to acquire, but you are also going to need random obscure weapons. Example LFG post: we have someone with dark drinker, we need someone with warpath that has field scout, tripod, and cluster bombs. Yay!
