With the statement that you must reach Rank 7 in the record book "by August 1st", does that mean midnight on July 31st, midnight on August 1st, or has there been another time specified? I'm grinding an alt account, and trying to plan this last weekend out for maximum effectiveness. If I also have Tuesday, after the weekly reset, it'll be much easier.
