DCEU movies picking up the slack.
So if you didn't know, the new Justice League trailer was dropped along with news for various DCEU movies. First of all, the trailer.
Holy shit. This trailer was -blam!-ing awesome. #1 trending video on YouTube within an hour. That is -blam!-ing insane. There was so much to freak out about. I will go over them below.
[spoiler]It starts with JK Simmons. You know it is -blam!-ing good if it starts with JK -blam!-ing Simmons.
SteppenWolf looks freaking awesome.
"No guardians. No lanterns. No Kryptonians." made me shit my pants.
Alfred made a reference to The Penguin.
Fight Scenes
Flash. I think Flash will be the best part of this movie.
"I don't do battle. I just ... Push people and run away."
"So they really just disappear? That's rude."
Batman looks at hologram of what appears to be supergirl
Aquaman rode a Parademon into a freaking building.
Alfred talks to mystery character.
"He said you'd be coming. I just hope you're not too late."
And finally, Zack Snyder is stepping down from his chair. [/spoiler]
[spoiler]As for the mystery character? Who do you think it is? Rumors say it is Abin Sur, who came to help the JL but gets killed by Steppenwolf, allowing Hal Jordan to come get the ring. Others say it is superman reborn. There are a lot of things on this one. As the Red Hood fan that I am, if it was Red Hood I would die. The shadow gives off a red tint, but that's just me being crazy about Jason Todd being so -blam!-ing awesome. Who do you guys think it is?[/spoiler]
Also revealed at Comic-Con:
Ben Affleck debunked rumors of him retiring saying:
"I will not be stepping down from the coolest character in any -blam!-ing universe."

3 답변Still skeptical but the trailer itself wasn't bad. Cyborgs CGI still looks incredibly bad to me. Also we haven't seen much of anything about that character so I'm worried he'll get no development like Suicide Squad. I have the same concern for Aquaman. I'm still unsure about Flash. I can't decide if he's funny or annoying yet. I feel like a lot of his humor we've seen feels forced. But I guess I'll have to see the movie in full to really make that decision. It was annoying to me at the end when they were teasing this "mystery guy" at the end as if we don't already -blam!-ing know that it's obviously Superman. You can't tease him coming back to life at the end of BvS and expect your audience to have no idea who that character Alfred was talking to is in the trailer. I also have a worry that they're gonna try to do too much in this movie. Again. Although Steppenwolfe looks and sounds cool as hell. I liked that he mentioned the fact that there are no Lanterns. That was just cool to me. The visual effects in general look awesome. Im very skeptical and doubtful after these previous films, but there's still a small part of me that has hope it will be good

Looks like shit video game cutscene material with characters I don't give a -blam!- about. I'd rather just go and watch JL and JLU cartoons because they actually look less animated and have more character and better writing. The DCCU was a mistake and WB would be smarter to just pull the plug and reboot it again in three years with actual competent creators behind it instead of creating the whole thing in a board room by charts and committee.

2 답변I doubt it's Abin Sur because then the line "He said you'd be back." Wouldn't make sense because Batman wouldn't have known him. And Superman just makes the most sense because Batman actually knew him and we saw a bit of his red cape.

1 답변DC is actually screwing up hard right now. They're rushing straight into Flashpoint which is a terrible idea. The Batman isn't even on that list which just makes it even worse as, let's be honest here, Affleck is the only good part of DC movies right now. They need to build these characters and use Flashpoint as the major shift into new characters and the multiverse. If Ben also wants to quit then Flashpoint and Rebirth can be combined so that the Batman dies with Thomas and someone else can take the role when Bruce retires. DC is doing really bad, but Marvel is getting there as well

Constant terrible remakes and sequels of every possible successful movie? Pathetic low-budget kids movies filled with snot, pee and fart jokes to pad runtime and cheapen humour further? Budgets increasing to the point that quality films only come out of independent film festivals? If you seriously think this is the Golden Age of movies, you know nothing about film.

Warner are making the same mistake that they did with Batman V Superman in that they a rushing to do the interesting storylines from well loved graphic novels but they are too impatient to build the proper foundations that these story need in order to succeed. A storyline like Flashpoint only works if you have an established continuity that everyone is familiar with, that way, when Barry goes back in time and changes everything, that decision carries weight. As it stands, cinema goers are only going to see Erza Millers Flash twice before the Flashpoint movie ( not including his extremely brief cameos in BVS and Suicide Squad ) and that isn't enough time with Flash for people to give a shit about him changing the DCEU timeline and then trying to set things right.

Nothing can escape batsman v superman, actually wonder woman did when it was in 1940's fighting [url=http://www.wikipedia.org/wiki/Godwin%27s_law]-godwinslaw!-[/url] with a sword, but then they caught up to shitshow the movie staring shitbird and deadman the not so invincible.
