Not going to lie I was excited for the beta today. Then I downloaded and played it. Felt like more of the same from the original. I do understand beta is not the finished product. However if I am going to spend my money on a brand new shiny Destiny I would like to be able to see some of these new features and not just play 1 of 2 PVP maps and a Strike mission. At least with the original Destiny Beta I got the opportunity to learn about my character, learn about the abilities and to grow some with the character. This beta basically told me, "You know the drill...have at it." Very hard to get into a game that gives you more of the same and none of the new. Shouldn't we be testing out the new stuff to make sure it works properly and get use to it?

1 답변It is absolute garbage. Bungie catered to the stupid streamers and youtubers and made the game completely pvp focused. And they couldn't even do that right. Pve is boring and garbage. Barely any supers or ability usage. Constantly running out of ammo. Bungie doesn't know how to make a game anymore

I actually enjoy the fact that you have to strategize instead of using the same snipers and rockets to kill a boss in 20 seconds. Instead of running throughout an entire strike spamming your heavy and special they actually made it interesting and kind of challenging. People I guess are just so used to using Ghorn or Black Hammer/Spindle for everything that they can't get over the fact that Bungie tried to make the game hard for once.

I don't understand the people saying they're always running out of ammo. Yes you got to watch when you're getting low of one kind and switch to another gun, but as long as you keep looking for the ammo drops I never run out. I do agree that heavy would be nice to come in more often.

5 답변Well that was pretty underwhelming Got around to playing the beta last night, I must say the game looks great but it doesn't feel like a new game. I saw nothing new, same weapons, same enemies, same gameplay. While I love destiny and have thousand + hours logged, I started to get Destiny burn out a few months ago and more less stopped playing(apart from a few games here and there) I was really looking forward to Destiny 2 and seeing a fresh take on the game, but from playing the beta all I got was more of the same. I cancelled my pre-order and I'll probably pick the game up at a later date, but I don't feel the need to get it on day one.

First thing that made me think twice is our guardian doesn't speak again while lots of players wanted him to ask questions .game play is slow enemies are on steroids .supers are slow to get plus weaker and pls bungie nova bomb needs more speed

I think what I was missing from this beta was the option to explore one of the planets. Half the fun of the first beta was exploring every nook and cranny of earth and the moon for the hour it was available. Kind of also gave that ominous feeling seeing a shattered world being ravaged. Really set the tone for how the game should have been. The story however, I am excited for because there actually seems like there could be a chance that bungie learned from their previous mistakes and actually included a fantastic plot.

Nope. I enjoyed it. Just a taste. Exactly the way it should be. I don't want to play a quarter of the damn game 2 months before it is released. I want it to feel new. I'm glad that they only generated a portion of the map that you play through the strike on. Anymore and we would have known where all the lost sectors were. It's bad enough I'm not going to want to play on those two crucible maps when the game comes out.

9 답변The new subclasses are stupid. I would guess Dawnblade is the replacement for Sunsinger so no more self Rez cause it broke PvE being able to solo. The arcstrider feels weaker than the blade dancer who already struggled. What I mean by this is that they don't lock on they just swing away. The sentinel is honestly a waste. Ward of Dawn is ruined, you get armor of light. Warlock has gained WoD perks so wtf. Everything about the game in a while feels slow af and the fun just isn't there. To put in perspective I played the strike and PvP with all three classes. Only 3 times and I am bored, because it feels just like Destiny 1 but even worse. The ONLY positive thing I can say is it looks amazing. The visuals and sounds are definitely brought up to par and is now where it belongs for the current gen. Game as a whole? They shouldn't have tried to make it a competitive game. The focus should've switched to PvE.

작성자: Soul 7/23/2017 12:08:48 AMI'm just hoping that the PVE-related issues are fixed prior to launch. Coupled with a steady stream of things to do I will stick around for that. I've given up on PVP however. I've gone positive to overwhelmingly positive a majority of games in the beta but the 'fun factor' just isn't there for me any longer. The increased TTKs in particular has created a monotonous rule of engagement to the extent that every match plays out in precisely the same fashion regardless of match type. The only variable seems to be how long it takes for the hit detection between players to properly sync and which players subsequently benefit from such.
