Don't need a long explanation.
I was on Reddit and saw this post go in depth on how the beta is going. Reddit is never this outraged (at lease from what I usually see). I need to know what B.net thinks. So I can know weather or not to buy.

7 답변I like it, I like being able to have a pulse and a scout, or a handcannon and a pulse, having the ability to bridge the gap between long range and short range a lot smoother than you can in Destiny 1. But I do agree with the change screwing PvE quite a lot. And it being an obvious change to help balance PvP. If they make Power ammo drops fairly frequent, then I can see the issue being somewhat resolved. But even that won't fix it entirely. Snipers I can see in the Power slot if they hit a lot harder than what they do now, same with Grenade launchers and rockets. But Shotguns and Fusions just don't fit there, in PvP sure, but not in PvE.

I will sum it up for you: I honestly believe the story is going to be good. BUT........... Bungie obviously didnt learn from their mistakes at release of Destiny 1. Taken King was great they fixed a lot of things and had a great foundation to build on. But what does Bungie do ? They Queef the whole thing. Thanks to Mark Noseworthy they changed the weapon system for the worst. Luke Smith should have left it alone like he initially wanted too. They pretty much changed everything including things people didnt want. All in a attempt to balance the game into oblivion. Now the problem is they took all the fun out of the game. Want to use your abilities or your super ? Maybe in a million years when its done charging. Want to use a sniper or shotgun ? Nope sorry were going to lock that behind a power wall. We at Bungie dont want diversity in our game. We pretty much want to make Destiny 2 a primary weapon BORING slug fest. This is pretty much Destiny 2 beta in a nutshell. For me the new weapon system is only gaining hyper speed into boredom !!!

1 답변작성자: CatMan 7/22/2017 5:37:44 AMHaving the sniper fusion and shotgun In the heavy slot sucks. Words cant explain how sad I am about that change. Edit: I love using a primary, fusion, and sword. Why bungie Is doing this to pve players is beyond me. I really don't think people saying they are cool with it are primarily pve players. They are just those pvp bitches that hate getting shotgunned, or sniped. But with the change to ammo in destiny and d2 I don't see how that would have been an issue.

The primary and secondary weapons actually work really well apart from you can sometimes find yourself running out if primary. The new power system is quite bad. Although some do a lot of damage, you have to pick your weapon carefully and ammo is extremely scarce

It's awful. Shotguns and Snipers In heavy slot is a joke. As a mainly PVE player, this just feels like being -blam!-ed in the ass without being given the courtesy of a reach around. (Name that film?) I have read this weeks TWAB and understand the changes they will be making will address a few issues in PVE but I'm not really arsed about shooting marshmallows at mobs. It's that I can't blow the shit out of them with my rocket launcher whilst sniping the boss' crit spot. This for me is the biggest issue with D2. I didn't pre order and I won't be. If you did, i wish you all the best and I hope you enjoy.

2 답변Lols in my experience reddit is -only- outraged. I really like the new weapon system, shotgun spam will not be a problem, but shotguns are still amazing, go figure. (this one hits me pretty hard, I have over 12,400 shotgun kills in crucible, but I'll adapt)

2 답변I prefer primaries anyway, so I like having those first two slots for primaries. Was having fun rocking two different hand cannons with my Hunter.
