After playing the Beta for a few hours here is what I think of what D2 is going towards.
Trickle modifier: Everything in this game is so damn slow. Running, Jumping, Supers, Abilities, Reloading (I was hiding so I can reload my pulse rifle and it took so long that the enemy came to where I was at and killed me before I was done reloading)
PVP –
4v4: Seriously the 4v4 really put a damper on playing with my friends. When we wanted to play together we had to take turns in order for all of us to be able to play together.
Supers: As previously stated, it takes soooo long for supers to build up. It’s not like it’s because I didn’t kill enough people either. I got 28 kills in a match as well as capping flags and only got my Supper at either the last 15 seconds or literally right at the end of the match. I mean WTF is that?
- Supers don’t do anything anymore. While playing as a Warlock I shot off my Nova Bomb at 3 people that were on B flag and it only took their shields away and ¼ of their life. I got killed on my way down from using it.
- Power Weapons are a joke. Snipers are un-useable on the maps. It took 3 Shots (out of the 4 u get) of a shotgun to take down an enemy guardian. Grenade Launcher is crap as it does not do consistent damage. The only saving grace was the Fusion Rifles.
Loot Drops: getting the same damn item over and over again with the same perks as all the previous ones you got is not what I play Destiny for. The removal of this feature on D2 better get fixed before launch or are we going back to the release of an unfinished game with the “we will finish it through DLC” way Bungie?
PVE – (Lack there of)
Guns: They are all crap as far as damage output. Just a bunch of nice looking Space Nerf Guns.
Enemies: Have no premise. They kind of just wander around and shoot aimlessly but take a huge amount of ammo to take them down. Atheon Version 1.2 from the strike takes so much damn ammo to damage him that I have ran out of it before the second phase.
Ammo Drops: They have such a horrible drop rate. Especially for Power ammo bricks. I literally held back on using Power Weapons until I reached the boss which again did absolutely nothing to their health bar.
Supers: even more useless in PVE than in PVP. Again it takes so long to build them that when you do use them they are trash. They are so ineffective. I had to use a full super plus half of my ammo just to take down a yellow bar enemy. What is the point of having a super if it doesn’t do anything but look nice? Also the length of the is ridiculously short. It’s practically gone right after you use it on each of the subclasses.
Over All D2 is literally Killing the Shooter Looter that we all loved playing though PVE and turning into a Call of Duty PVP shooter game for which I cant understand why. D2 has completely turned into a PRO PVP game and has pushed its PVE fan base off to the side without any justification as to why. I was so excited to play this Beta but after just a few hours of it I honestly rather go back to D1 which is sad to say.

YEAH can we just have the end game stuff & powers during the Beta? I'm sick of it feeling soooo day 1 with basic gear and some mediocre guns to test it out. Even though I beat the story & strike with no problem whatsoever, it's not enough.... L O L

29 답변*sigh* Here we go. Bungie, if you read this, please don't listen to any of this. You saw what Destiny turned into when you started listening to the forums. If you want constructive feedback, go to Reddit or Twitch streamers (massive hate incoming). There was s skill gap in D1 before all the needs which mostly came from this forum. There is a skill gap in D2 atm bit will quickly go away if you listen to any of the OP's tripe. Let's break this down. A lot of the criticisms OP is spouting is due to the cool downs of abilities which, while I'm sure he'll disagree, is the main reason D1 has no skill gap atm. While melees are a tad bit useless (I would like it to be 2 melees = death), the cool downs are fine. Supers are fine. None of them stand out as being weak/overpowered tbh. Shotguns do not take 3 shots to kill if you are within the PROPER range. Being in the correct range is (thankfully) important now. In D1, HC's did everything. Now, they are powerful at short range. Pulse's are powerful at mid. Scout's are powerful at long. And you want to know the reason why this is more of PvP orientated beta? Because PvE doesn't need to be tested. We know it'll be fine. We know it'll be good. PvP does need to be tested unless you want to be as bad as D1's PvP is.

8 답변As primarily a pve player it seems underwhelming, ridiculously so. I know it's just a beta but the game play feels really sluggish. Also, dropping specials to heavy may be great for balancing pvp but wow does it suck for pve! It really does feel broken to me. After shelling out for 2 deluxe copies for my wife and I and a regular copy for my son, it's disappointing to say the least.

4 답변작성자: Level 2 on Easy 7/20/2017 2:19:54 PMAre people forgetting it's a beta? Supers - I feel like the supers charge fast enough to be honest. It makes you really think of how and when to use it and I love it. No more running around the map popping 10 supers just because you're pub smashing with friends. The damage to wait time ratio is perfect. I really like long super charge time. Warlocks panic-bombing, titans panic-smashing and hunter flying around the map with arc blade got really old. It forces you to conserve your super for that perfect moment. Grenades - Grenade recharge rate is just plain too long. If they shortened it by maybe 15 secs, it would be a bit better. Since they aren't balancing crucible and PvE separately, the grenade cool down NEEDS to be shorter (with PvE in mind). After all, it is an ability shooter. I don't think this will promote spam either. Just shorten it by a bit where it feels like you aren't halfway through the match before it pops up again. Class ability and melee - Same for grenades. Its an ability shooter. This feels like halo. Let us use our abilities more frequently. Everything else I feel is fine. I'm really enjoying the beta so far. It promotes gunskill instead of everyone playing passive and spamming bullshit. Keep PvP good. It feels good to return to my old Destiny skill. All those OG gamertag bois don't know what to do now. They can't play the system. They are absolutely getting steam rolled. In a game that is pure gunskill, i'll win every time. In a game like D1 where its just bullshit, I won't even participate.

2 답변How bout that titan skate huh? Still the fastest class with mobility being he useless stat again, wooooo! Warlock "initial burst" glide slows you down. You go from sprint to glide and you are slower. "Jump while airborne to activate glide and start an airborne drift with a STRONG INITIAL BOOST OF SPEED". Yeah, nice one bungo. First you screw warlocks with the slowvabomb then you make mobility useless, and leave the only way to run away from a team of players in PvP that are chasing you when you're alone as the blink which has serious repercussions for its use because your game lies about the initial burst. Now I get that people don't like warlocks in destiny but why the hell are you doing this now? People hate titans more than warlocks in my experience because of the mobility they have and the lack that warlocks have. Buff voidwalker or its literally useless compared to every other super and subclass. Even the grenades are lackluster as hell

2 답변i only played the first mission last night didnt try the strike or PVP yet, they key thing here they gave you generic weapons and armor , ill reserve judgement until the real stuff becomes available. i did like the shotgun when i played with it it damaged like a shotgun in real life close range =death medium ragne damaged but not killed

I kinda agree, I think the kinetic/energy/power weapon system will be better once everyone gets used to it. However, the drop rate for power ammo in pve definitely needs to be improved like 200%. The ability cooldowns in pve definitely need to be faster. In pvp, I would decrease the cooldowns of the grenades. As far as weapons are concerned, sniper rifles shouldn't even be considered power, considering it takes a tremendous amount of skill to get those headshots in pvp, and if you die well you lose your sniper ammo so it is a waste of a weapon slot. One more thing about weapons, Bungie you need to implement perk rolls again, or have mods mess with the way perks work, or the weapon grind for destiny will be finished very quickly.

Agree with a lot of it, but I like that you only get your super once in pvp. I am not a full time pvp player, but I have always said they should take away supers and make all the weapons the same....for pvp. And pvp and pve should be completely separate. That way nerfs don't ruin the game for everyone. Didn't enjoy the solar warlock at all. Looked awesome in trailer, but it is ineffective at best.

I don't mind not being able to use abilities often in PVP since the gunplay is already fairly intense for me. But I really hope they could buff abilities in PVE in terms of recharge rate and power. Guardians are supposed to be this shining beacon against the darkness, but instead it requires two or three golden gun shots to down a yellow health enemy which is not even a boss. And then we have to wait for so long to get the next super. It's just underwhelming and not fun.

Not to be inflammatory, but the point to a beta feedback is to help developers find and crush bugs. The occasional change to variables to balance the results. When you use aggressive toned language it displays your frustration and stifles your feedback.
-
Is this guy serious? A few points are right like abilities being slow and lack of power ammo in Pve. Similar loot drops? Lol it's a beta with locked weapons and armor. Did you think they would let us get every gun in the game? 3 shotgun shells to kill? Maybe from across the map. It has og felwinter range.

I agree! It took forever to build energy for your Super. When you activated your Super, it was gone in mere seconds. There needs to be a balance. It should either a) last longer for the time it takes to build or b) increase the energy kills give to fill your Super. The damage they do needs to be increased. The cool down on abilities is excessive. I barely used them after discovering how long it took to cool down. I don't think I should be able to spam them, but they do need to shorten the cool down time. Ammo drops were very hard to come by, especially, power ammo. All the guns felt weaker than in Destiny 1. They seemed to do a lot less damage and were sloppier than before. I really disliked Riskrunner. Seemed like no matter what I did, it was all over the place, making it very hard to hit targets. When it did hit, it did very little damage in any situation. In the beginning, it would chain arc damage, then halfway thru, it stopped. I preferred my kinetic hand cannon over it.

1 답변I noticed something about heavy ammo in the strike. The fallen and cabal were fighting at the start and every yellow bar i killed would drop a heavy. Is heavy ammo locked to only dropping from yellow bars?
