It seems I'm a bit alone here. The guns feel great, the PvP consistent, and the abilities are fun. My only issue is the slow super charge rate in PvP. Other than that, it's pretty fun. Of course, I'm probably going to get a lot of hate for this or people will say "The PvP is trash." Some people are just not used to using their actual guns, which is what D2 fixed. It's more about gun skill now. I hope at least some people agree with me.
Edit: Thanks for the support. I'm glad I'm not alone.
Edit 2: Thanks for front page. You guys are really helpful.

2 답변Idk if it's just to me but didn't D1 have more stuff in beta? Not complaining or anything enjoying it and all but having the same weapons as rewards kind of felt like a turn off, might as well not have any rewards and give you all the weapons that they have out since it would all fit. (Excluding exotics)

4 답변I would have to agree, it is fun! Now that's not saying it's perfect, after all it is in the Beta stage. I've read quite a few posts regarding the game I keep hearing guns are weak, movement is sluggish (I found movement just fine) I think most of you fail to realize our light has been stripped so on the PvE side of it we are at 200, just like the strike 200! So Inverted Spire is pretty much a Nightfall run minus the modifiers. And the power ammo is as rare as year 1 Gjallarhorn! Keep in mind we didn't have an inventory in our sub-menu, they may of been a factor. Overall I enjoyed the new content, everything looked clean, crisp & smooth as it should be! The grenades & weapons sounded amazing! Supers did take longer than usual, it may be tweaked or its their intention and want us to rely on gunplay, time will tell. Although I did Golden - gun a Sentinel & I think he smiled at me! Lol Also I want to mention on Sunday the farm will be available to us for an hour or so, not sure of the time. I just wanted to give BungieVi$ion a shout out! Keep it up!!

18 답변PvP- shoot people until they get low health and run away, another person in their team of 4 jumps in place, everyone activates super at 74 points or never at all, still trades and dying behind walls, forced 4v4. feels like any other FPS now with no originality.

9 답변Yep. Definitely not alone. Couldn't have said it better myself. Destiny is a shooter at its core. A shooter with abilities and grenades, yes, but so is Call of duty. People keep talking about Balance and in order to achieve that you must make the game take some skill. Call of duty didn't obtain a huge e sports community by having things in the game that are just a face roll and anyone can kill anyone with. If you look at current super kill/gun kill/ ability kill ratios on d1, most people have almost as many if not more ability kills and shotgun/sniper kills then they do primary kills. How is that fair? It literally gives everyone the opportunity to be good in the game and takes a shit on the people that can actually aim.....in a shooter game.

11 답변Destiny Reddit, where the vast majority of players not habitually drinking the Kool-Aid, disagree with your assessment. Both pve and pvp players feel the game is worse than D1. Here's why: 1. Abilities are essentially gone - you are lucky if you get even one super in a match or strike. 2. Guns are basically water guns that tickle enemy health bars. You will spend at least 20 minutes hacking away at the strike boss with your primary as you will be out of energy ammo and NEVER have any power ammo. For reference, it takes FOUR sniper shots to kill a basic RED mob....and then you're out of power ammo for the rest of the strike because it never drops. 3. Locking entire nodes to "groups" kills diversity and is clearly a lazy developer choice because it's easier to nerf 50% of an entire subclass in a single keystroke. 4. Many of the features Bungie claimed were in the game are not here for us to test. Lost Sectors, Clans, and loot drop frequency are important factors that come to mind. None of them are in the beta.

2 답변작성자: STARKILLER2258 7/19/2017 9:23:28 PMI didn't think it was "too" bad. Some of the yellow bars were a bitch, but not too crazy. The only times I died on the story mission was from walking off the damn map, but not from enemies, so I guess that's something . The strike was a different story, the main boss flattened me a few times, but it wasn't too bad. He did take a hell of alot of ammo to kill though, I wasn't sure he would ever die. The supers take awhile, but we don't really have a int build yet. Story seemed pretty good. Weapons weren't too bad, but the sniper seemed a tad weak. I only played as a hunter so far, his arc super seemed decent, but not mind blowing. I had no glitches, everything ran smooth. I guess I'll wait to see how the released game plays out. I guess what helped is that I wasn't really expecting a whole hell of a lot out of a beta, so my expectations were on the lower side. Ammo was definitely a problem, the heavy packs ,or whatever the hell they are calling the purple ones now were pretty much non existent .

2 답변The problem with pvp is mainly the 4v4. If one or two of your teammates run away to jack off near C or something you're completely -blam!-ed because the enemy can team fire you. 4v4 is an excellent idea for comp, but not casual.

3 답변Then only people I see complain about the pvp on here are the ones who are trash. Like I get my super easily once a match, and if you know how to aim with a gun (aka precision shots) then you should be able to kill with less then half a clip. I mean if you understand how to play and are legit good at the game there should be no issue getting kills. And yes! Finally! They made a game not catered to the shitty players. Like it actually takes skill now to win at pvp and no hiding with invisibility with a shotgun in the corner.

7 답변I love it all, am counting down the seconds until I can get my hands on the full game. I can understand the slow Super Charge rate given the fact that supers feel more powerful now so being able to use them often would be a bit crazy.
-
1 답변I agree with you, but I'd like for the super charge rate to stay the same in PvP too. I just think it needs a boost in PvE.

I think the slow recharge rates just feel a bit foreign right now. I personally like the reliance on gun skill and team shooting, its refreshing. As for PvE, the enemies feel stronger and I like that, its more of a challenge.
