Destiny 2 Constructive Criticism
With the Beta being released on the 18th, please remember that this is a test for Bungie. Some things will not work, some things will be really powerful, and some things will be very weak. Please do not go "Oh Bungie! Sentinel is too OP! Plz Nerf!!!" Instead, describe what is too powerful about it, and suggest a way to fix it. When we say it in a way that let's Bungie know what specifically is too powerful, and what we would like changed, we can mold the game to the way things should be instead of reliving the nightmare that D1 slowly turned into. Thank you! See you in the Beta!

10 답변I keep seeing these posts saying we need to post constructive criticism of D2. With all due respect, but I don't think we need to put a positive tone on our criticism of the game. I'm not saying hate on the game, but I think all people can ask for is that the criticism is fair. Bungie is going to largely ignore our suggestions to improve the game and substitute their own judgment anyways.

Given feedback whether it's positive or negative doesn't make much of difference when this company already claimed they ONLY take 1% of the feedback from here and that is ONLY from PvP Gamers. Since there isn't really anything else where is the other % of the feedback comming from other then streamers? Reddit, where they like to think they live at Walgreens? Content creators, where they have never created anything other than an ass indention in their seats? Where is this actually feedback comming from that supposedly this company is "listening" to?

My biggest issue with the Arcstrider is that it feels hard to maneuver with. With Bladedancer, each arc blade swipe gave you a good dash forward, and it did a pretty reliable job honing in towards enemies. When you activate the Arcstrider super, you end up tending to hit a whole lot of nothing. It just feels like you stop dead in your tracks every time you take a swipe, and it really kills the fluidity of the combat.

This community will spew venom and hatred as always, demand nerfs, complain about disconnects, ( though we've been warned ) and question the Bungie dev's heritage with an ample supply of disparaging comments as well as me I'm sure. Let the games begin!

1 답변I have already given my constructive thoughts on the direction of the game, the beta will just prove to me what I have already stated, however I do agree that providing details and explanation to why you believe something needs changing is the correct way to approach a problem in the game.

They're keeping the beta short, because lack of content. We all know, beta won't be much different than base game, like d1. We all know exactly what to expect Weapon and ability Nerfs and Buffs will be the very last thing I'm concerned with, just like in Destiny one. Never had an issue adapting. I do have an issue with the lack of content, and whatever content does exist, it's totally reskin

28 답변If it was Bungie's intention to test new systems in D2, then they would have had an alpha period, and a closed beta period. Why would they tie these tests into whether you had preordered the game or not, and have early access periods? You have to remember too, that it takes about six weeks, from the moment the code goes 'gold', to manufacture and ship, a game worldwide. So Bungie are leaving things a little late in the day, if they have to fix any serious bugs or errors. Look at the recent closed beta for Gran Turismo Sport, it ran for a couple of months, and there were numerous updates during that time, which tested numerous systems, and most importantly stress tested the servers. This what all betas should be like. This so called D2 beta is not a beta at all, it is a demonstration of the final product, designed in such a way as to show off its best Qualities. This is not a complaint however, as I am looking forward to D2 as much as the next man, but you have to be constructive (as the title suggests), to see what the true intentions of the beta are.

18 답변Why would anything need tested on a reskin? The game is literally the same as D1. If there is a bunch of mistakes, bungie has proved their incompetence. It's not my job to figure out and explain to them why something isn't working right. They get paid to do that.
