Today marks the last Bungie Day in which Destiny is the main game. Next year we will have Destiny 2 as our main game for Bungie Day. I have been playing this game ever since I got a beta code to play this game and I started off with an Awoken Warlock. If you look now, it's my most loved character. Although I've loved this game through its rough times (Felwinter's Lie+Shot package), it's not ONLY the game that has kept me in loop for this long. I moved 3 times and the third time I moved Destiny was starting to release and the hype was building up. Around this time at the same table as me was my now best friend Patrick. He saw my bracelet that came with playing Beta that I still have and said he was getting "this game" also and we and best buds ever since. This game has led me to new friends I didn't think I would ever become friends with not because of social status but because I didn't think they would be so awesome to hang around with nor would I come across them in a daily basis like I do now. Even with meeting new friends in real life that I play with in Destiny, I've met the online friends too. Literally in the last 2 days, I've made 10 new online friends from just funny instances in Crucible. I have probably around 40-50 online friends over the course of 3 years that are steadily online. This game has brought people together over the course of 3 years. Couples have proposed to one another, Guardians have been lost along the way, and plenty of streamers have helped people to what they thought was only a dream... THE LIGHTHOUSE. I sincerely say thanks to the community and for Bungie for making a game that we all had the chance to bond together with. HAPPY BUNGIE DAY!
