Cancelled Destiny 2 Order
Have fun everyone, but it's really time to move on for me.
It's just another re-hash of D1 which seems to be going down the same route as Halo. Graphic overload/same story. Nothing will be random, the balancing will leave me frustrated, in the end they will make it all vanilla. I'll get it from the $5 bin in 2018.

I didn't even order Destiny 2. Bungie has a history of lack of respect to their customers and I was not about to give them them money for "This will be good, I promise," when there was so little to go on. Seeing these comments here, clearly I made the right decision.

1 답변There's no viable reason to preorder, access to the Beta or some other cosmetic item isn't enough to convince me. Preordering was a good idea back when games were only available on cartridge, CD or DVD and came in limited supply upon launch. Preordering only serves the company's & shareholder's interest.

On the fence about this game, initially I was hyped but the more Luke Smith talks the more turned off I am over this game. It's starting to feel like the TTK type of situation, taking away from the players and giving less while also killing the fun aspects of the game. Don't get me wrong, there is some stuff in the game that sounds interesting, but not enough to justify a 100 dollar purchase which would be the only edition I would buy of a game.

3 답변I didn't pre order and I won't now. They've set it up for a fresh start (whatever) and I've decided to call it a clean break instead. I'm a filthy casual, loved destiny, great game for sure and put enough hours into to be embarrassed, had only one wish for D2 and I would have fecked my bank account at the screen and that was: Bring all my stuff(everything.... yes everything, also up to new light levels if that's a thing in D2) and characters in D2, triple the amount of vault space so I can hoard more junk I don't use, have another 2-3 raids plus the old ones all brought up to new light levels(600..800... whatever) bunch of new missions to run, different pvp modes plus the current ones, trials included. Yes, I wanted it all. But not willing to start destiny all over again. Nope, not going to happen. I wanted to have my old guard shader on every time I log on, whether it's destiny 1 or 2...3 etc.. Have fun all 👍🏻👍🏻

8 답변Yep, the more information we receive regarding D2 the more skeptical I've become. I feel ZERO sense of excitement for D2 based off of what I've seen, read, & am assuming. No preorder for me. If D2 is a fail then I hope Anthem will be good. Time will tell.

I hate the loadout choices they have made. Everything balanced (lol) around pvp...freaking sad. The pve gameplay looks ok and I like the new patrol stuff as a solo player, but...so many other things I really dislike.

2 답변Yeah, it's a bummer. Still lost on the idea one can take such a cool idea with unbelievable potential and seemingly run it into the ground. It's like watching a train wreck over and over again. I could list pros and cons, but I can't escape the fact the one BIG thing that made Destiny unique and drew me into the game was promised and then pulled from beneath me like a bag over the head....that being the player carrying forward your character and loot year to year. This idea was an EPIC ADVENTURE! It WAS an adventure worth ones investment...so to speak. If we are going to wipe every sequel, it's like any other game. Destiny, in my opinion lost there most unique and compelling reason (a very simple reason) to play and play and play and buy and buy and buy. Anyway, I love the idea of Destiny, I love the community, I love Bungie! Hope we get back on track. I'll play D2...but like any other game and a lot less....which is a good thing for me 🙂
