Uh Yeah, you know the Pro can't handle it. We have a lot of stuff moving on screen! STFU! Lying ass, lazy imcompetent a-holes! Why do keep lying to your fans? Who allows you to do that? Is this OK in Seattle?
I think the Pro needed 0.04 more CPU. I'm pretty sure that was it.

When this games sells way less than expectation, don't blame the community. We've told you for 3 years what we wanted. No matchmaking as well? Weed must be pretty good up there. Am I right?

36 답변Ladies and gentlemen this what happens when you let your children on the internet unsupervised. 1. That video and all game play of battlefront 2 coming out of e3 is on pc, so of course it going to look better than Destiny 2 gameplay on ps4. 2. Hate to burst you frame rate bubble but no game on console can constantly and stably run 60fps. 3. A developer isn't lazy because they choose not to have 60fps but a developer is lazy for launching a game without a single player campaign at full price. 4. If frame rate is so important for you than why are you playing games on a console. This gen of console are built for resolution not frame rate. Now let my guess you going to call me a bungie fanboy, well let me stop you there because I'm not, I just understand that sometimes you don't always get what you want because that is life and life is unfair. Now for those who say bungie not meeting the industry standards, there are no standards on frame rate. As long at one stage in game it hits 60fps the developer can claim that their game runs at 60fps.

12 답변BF2 is PvP and why it can run at 60fps but will suffer frame drops alot when the map get's very active. Destiny 1/2 are PvE focused and just can't as easily do 60fps with PvE. You all gotta stop comparing PvP based games to PvE based games when looking at specs.

Well, Bungie has a few excuses... EXCUSE #1: Destiny is built on the engine that built Reach (Tiger Engine). The engine was designed around the potential of the last generation, not the current. Given that, it struggles to utilize all of the potential within the current gen system. Companies like Unreal and Havok, who basically do nothing but create gaming engines, have products that they are constantly updating and improving as technology changes. Bungie is using a proprietary engine based off their previous BLAM! engine they used for the Halo series. Obviously, there are things lacking within their own foundation. The wonderful thing about the Tiger Engine is that it can be updated and improved, but that takes time. And money. It is more cost effective to do what Bungie has done with Destiny over the past 3 years: release updates and patches instead of altering the base engine. EXCUSE #2: Bungie can not give the current gen title an open fps option if they are going to sell to standard PS4 customers. Why? Because the PvP would be a nightmare for anyone not on the most current gen console. If you are at 60 fps, and the guy you are shooting is at 30 fps, then you have an advantage. And Bungie does not want to alienate a significant portion of their consumer base by enraging them providing an advantage to people on the current-current gen console over people on just the current gen console. EXCUSE #3: Bungie has adopted a business philosophy centered around MVP's - no, not "Most Valuable Players". MVP as in "Minimum Viable Products". They are more than willing, as they displayed with D1, to release just enough of a game that may justify (to some) the preorder while teasing additional content as they continue to refine their game. Bungie initially displayed this concept with the Reach Beta, showing off not only the capabilities of the Tiger Engine to change and alter code as players have the game in hand (frags for example during the beta), but also justifying with themselves how play testing was no longer the go-to avenue for refining their game. I mean, why bother paying people to play your game when you can get the consumer (you, me, and everyone else) to pay to play and assist in polishing/fixing bugs in the core title? Just release an unfinished title, like Destiny Vanilla, and then spend the next three years changing and altering the core concepts of the game to move with popular opinion.

10 답변작성자: Hoops 6/11/2017 11:48:58 AMNice post Braden. I think you are not understanding that battlefront is running on a completely different game engine (frostbite). It is actually most of the time only running at 45fps on ps4 with battlefield 1 which uses the same engine. Destiny 2 is probably capable of running with higher framerates on console but the devs decided to go for a locked 30fps rather than claiming 60 and not delivering like ea does with their frostbite engine games. Battlefront and destiny are also very different games. One is a straight up fps and the other is an rpg of sorts. Both use the hardware in very different ways. Its also funny how one trailer can make people forget how much ea burned their customers with the first battlefront.

7 답변No doubt they've lost players. It's Bungie's own fault that they've opened the door for other games to take some of their player base. Let's face it the current crucible is the future and where the D2 expansion pack is headed.

2 답변My biggest 2 theories are that Bungie is using an unmodified version of an engine built for PS3/360 (making it hard to get 1080 60 without upgrading/modifying the engine). The other theory is that Bungie is just lazy.

9 답변Destiny is a beautiful game on console. Battlefront is not and neither is Halo5. The lack of texture, strange lighting, awkward blur to maintain said framerate with AI... Pick a game that satisfies your likes and dislikes. playing on a PC would be a good start if all you care about is fps. Smooth moves in plastic environment doesn't please me. Just sayin' Peace, love and headshots ;)

4 답변Its Battlefront the only game I know of that went on sale for $20 at GameStop within a Month or two after release. If that isn't a reason enough game to avoid I'm not sure what else you need to know.

I am going to have to go with superior game play trumps pretty graphics. I know all the reports are saying Battlefront II is better than the first one but we shall see. Battlefront I was a generic shooter with a Star Wars skin. I don't have a whole lot of hope for the sequel. But at least it is getting a story mode so that DOES help.

작성자: iDovahBear 6/13/2017 5:49:36 PM
Weed must be pretty good up there. Am I right?
I FUKKIN DIED. True though I think it's legal there... You might actually be on to something. Maybe they've all been blazing it since Year 1 and that's why we don't get any major changes to the game except to slow it down so people have enough time to take a rip before resuming the game??? It's outrageous but at this point I'm willing to believe there's a lot of detrimental experimentation going on at Bungie HQ, what with all the horrible ideas they've come up with over just 2-3 years alone. All seriousness though, Bungie just doesn't care, they've got their cash cow and that's all that matters.

3 답변Not sure what you are talking about. The battlefront game that was shown was on the new xbox system and as far as the frame rate? I will take better game play over framerate anyday. Look at all the fantastic? games that came out the last few months with high framerates. They all died off really quickly. They were flash's in the pan. Now they are dead or soon to be. I hope Battlefront 2 has a great campaign and that maybe they will take a cue from other developers and engage their audiance much more with special content. Battlefront one sucked ass bigtime.

8 답변작성자: Kone19ps 6/12/2017 3:44:27 PMWho cares about graphics this much? That's all battlefront 1 could be sold on they better be good. Destiny has a lot more going on. Also battlefront won't actually run a constant 60 or 4K anyways. I don't think you have much of a concept about how these numbers work. Just because it's a small deficiency doesn't mean it won't have large effects if they push it. They want a stable game. Not a pretty unstable one.
