Import character to Xbox 360 again
I have played this game on the Xbox 360 long long ago but then transferred to the Xbox One. It's been almost 2 years now but I would like to go back and complete my achievements for the Xbox 360 with my latest characters but I can't transfer them anymore. I'm stuck with 1 low level character and I am not willing to spend over 200 hours doing everything once again.
A friend of mine just played the game on the Xbox 360 for the first time after playing for 2 years on the Xbox One and got all his characters with their current levels and gears with no issues. How is this fair? Is there a way to reset my entire game on the Xbox 360 to do this?

Hello, After successfully completing an account import when upgrading consoles, all progress becomes separate between the two platforms.
