The Phantom Fusion Grenade
Lag can be frustrating for us all, especially when you're on the receiving end of a red bar warrior. But sometimes, you can't help but laugh at some of the crap that happens when you come across such a player. Case in point, a grenade that literally comes from thin air.

It's the only mode where I run into players that either magically pop up right in front of, or next to me, out of thin air; or just kill me from out of nowhere, just like this video, even when everybody in the lobby is green. I don't run into it in any other mode, like I do in supremacy. I've come across some screwed up, laggy situations in other modes, but nothing like I come across in supremacy matches, even when all connection bars show the whole lobby as completely green.

3 답변This case seems like that bug where the game decides not to spawn someone into the instance properly making them invisible to the enemy team. The only damage said person can do is grenades and supers. The invisible person can be killed if they remain in someone's line of fire or stick to close to a teammate on the receiving end of a Grenade, Super or Rocket, all of which are very very very rare cases as the bug allows you do go beyond enemy lines and dance unnoticed. Doesn't happen to just Red-bars as it can also be linked to whoever the hell is hosting the match. As far as glitches like these go, this one is relatively common.

5 답변At least you saw the fusion grenade coming at you. I was killed by a grenade that never appeared. My back was to a wall and no-one was anywhere near me. Just a boom and death screen. I like seeing The First Curse being used.

Once it was one of those times where everyone was just walking into walls and off cliffs like dead robots, and then out of nowhere a Titan appeared out of thin air and Shoulder Charged me into Oblivion. It was too damn funny for me to have an OUNCE of frustration. It made my entire day : )
