What is your favorite pilot ability in Titanfall 2?
My personal favorite is phase shift. Mostly because of the few seconds if invulnerability and the fact it really -blam!-s with people in close range. I can use it to get out of danger, flank, or get the drop on somebody. My favorite application of phase shift is in close quarters. I engage a pilot and, if i feel like i am about to lose or outnumbered, i quickly phase out, break line of sight, and wallhang. They almost never find me and it leaves me feeling soooo smart
With pulse blade I usually stick with teammates to support an ride titans to give them wall hacks.
Cloak just for the TvT and low profiling
Never used holopilot
Never use grappling hook
Stim for titan hunting and for when I gotta go fast
I admit, I abuse A - wall

Grapple is the most useful, practical, and isn't so cheap imo. Pulse blade is useless because there is a boost that reveals enemies, but with a greater range. Still doesn't seem too useful and grapple just beats it when it comes to evading people A-Wall can be good, but you could easily get flanked from behind Holo Pilot isn't too great if something like pulse blade is active Phase Shift is real cheap tbh. You literally disappear and just randomly appear right behind a guy who should have killed you The only real contender is Cloak, but I'm 50/50 on it.

1 답변I use cloak almost exclusively so I can hide from Titans in plain sight, I also love melee in people with it. If I'm not using that, I'm using pulse blade.

1 답변I only run stim. It's ability to get batteries very fast in LTS is invaluable. In Pilot playlists, I run alternator, so I can use it for either a) run and gun or b) to get to another place quickly so I can map someone. Fun fact: if you tap-fire hipfire on the Alternator, you get no recoil. Makes it way more consistent because the hip fire will always shoot in the same spot that way.

1 답변Usually I use phase shift to get out of tricky situations but lately I've kinda wanted something better for anti-titan gameplay and I've found that a-wall with the beam cannon with charge hack and extra ammo is pretty good. It also makes the g2 and dmr (two of my favorite guns in the game) insanely powerful. I set it up at the end of a lane or at a vantage point and pretty much one shot everything.
