-Full auto should never impact rate of fire, only the ability to make it fire continuously by holding the trigger.
-Full auto is a shotgun countering perk, on a shotgun. If I shoot someone out of range twice or three times to kill someone (often done by people who know how to abuse this perk) it's impossible to kill someone with 1 pump by a normal shotgun.
-Full auto much faster than switching to a primary for a needed cleanup. That's unfair.
If you disagree, all you have to do is come toe to toe with a Full Auto, Rangefinder Matador.
To be clear here- I personally have no issue with shotguns aside from Full Auto. It's literally broken.

A well-placed shot from a non full-auto Matador will still one-shot you at notably longer ranges than one with FA, which is more important in PvP.

I agree, and I'm a shotgunner. Full auto on any gun should make it fire at its max fire rate without having to repeatedly pull the trigger. It should not mysteriously increase the fire rate over that of max semi-auto fire rate.

People complain so much about things being broken when all they have to do is play in a range that makes sense. I use fusion rifles. So I don't get into shotgun range unless I'm prepared to die. I'm also not going to try and engage a sniper with my fusion rifle either.
