Just chock full of streamers and hXc players with 2.20 KD teams and higher?
The pool of players in trials is dismal.
Return trials Matchmaking back to y1 and I guarantee the pool of players will return.
If you don't? You will only see streamers facing off against themselves. Because they are all you have left.
Make the light house obtainable for non-streamers again. Because they, and you bungie, have ruined the match making for trials at the start of year 2 by reducing the pool of players as the card gets further in, eliminating any chance for decent, but non-professional players to see the light house.
TLDR: trials matchmaking is a joke.

12 답변i'm not good at PvP.. i pretty much suck at pvp. But i dont get it.. when a company says.. "Hey trials is for the best of the best" ... You get all these people screaming to make it so everyone can get to the lighthouse. .. common sense much?

2 답변Agree. I liked the idea of someone who said that as soon as you went to the lighthouse on your character the trials game mode is closed for you and it will change to elimination. It will ruin the streamers though.

I consider myself a slightly above average crucible player, and I have never been to the lighthouse. Didn't play much of it in year one, but I play it evey week now, but can never make it to the lighthouse due to the poor matchmaking. It does end up being MLG, youtube, and pill enhanced dicks that I run into the further I get. I have pretty much lost all hope, unless it is fixed.

18 답변No idea what was wrong with Y1 MM in general. If it ain't broke don't fix it they say. Regular MM has been broke for most of Y2 and even if it is a bit better now, it's still far from good. ToO is on the decline and it won't stop, at least not until they do something about it.

작성자: Lxj 1/13/2017 11:51:13 PMPeople wont comeback because they make trials matchmaking the old way, all its going to do is push away the more dedicated players, and just lead to tonnes of smurf accounts when such systems were implemented on H5/R6. All the people I know who quit playing Destiny, (About 80% of my friends list.) were due to the game having little to no content and nothing new, trials changes will push away more players than it will bring back. A tiered card system is more competitively balanced, people play and as they go on to win they play people on an equal amount of wins, and as such are more likely to get a fair game, you're arguing for a system where somebody on their 1st win could face another team on win 20, the current method has more competitive balance than the stupid system you want in does. The only reason they want the year 1 system is because you could play a fresh card on game 9 which is completely unfair, and this then leads to an easy flawless. Get better or don't play, I know many who did.

2 답변Simple fix.......once you've gone flawless on a character, that character is locked out of trials until next week. So you want to farm end of match loot? Too bad, that's the price you pay for going flawless.....if you want to farm throw your match, fastest way to farm possible.

Destiny is well on its way to being dead mate... its laying in the coffin waiting for the dirty to bury it. The only people with drive to play Trials or Destiny PvP are the people who make money or content off it, yes theres a small amount of people who are normal that just want to play trials but those people have all but gone. Go back 10 - 15 weeks and check the number of players playing trials... some weeks it was up around 800k... now its been going down ever since and is sitting at around 300k. Now spread that 300k players all across the world and you may only have 10k people playing Trials in your area. Now take into account that not all those players are playing at the same time. Now take into account that not all those players who are playing at the same time as you are on the same wins as you. The pool is rather small isnt it, so the chances of you coming against better players who are carrying or making content is much higher then normal. Just my 2 cents.
I would love playing trials each weekend (when i wasnt busy) and none of my team or friends play anymore... once a month at best.
14 답변More people who want an easy flawless. Yawning once again at the Destiny community asking for handouts. Pathetic.

2 답변I'm not a streamer. I've got 9 flawless in Y3, and stopped playing after the spooky Trials -blam!-fest. Really not impossible.

16 답변There are three types of people who play Trials: People who have never tried it and want to give it a shot. People who go flawless three times every week and who play other modes once they've accomplished that. Elitist assholes who go flawless three times every week and think they should be the only ones to do so, and then go back in Trials specifically to prevent others from reaching the Lighthouse. Trials is the most cancerous game mode I have ever seen in ANY game. A -blam!-in playground for cheating, elitist pricks.

작성자: blade329 1/13/2017 6:13:42 PMI say keep Trials as is. Every city needs a landfill, so does Destiny. It keeps the worst of this community away from the other game modes. I would like to see another separate play list for the more casual players, Trials Light. A little less competitive, with matchmaking. Lesser rewards, but still good. No, I'm obviously not bashing every Trials player. I'm just saying the worst elements of Destiny (DDos cheaters, ragers, etc.) gravitate to that game mode.

Honestly, the only way anything will change is going to be if the average player or slightly above just stops playing trails, and stops watching streamers play it. Once the population hits a certain level they'll be forced to make changes I would think. Personally, I'm not interested in trials or PvP, so I'm not too worried either way.

They just need to change the Grimoire accessibility. Personally I have no reason to play Trials. Never been flawless and don't care about it. I do want the Grimoire, but playing a card just isn't fun. I'd prefer the change the requirement to receive the Grimoire to 3 wins no losses gives you access to the Osiris card and 5 wins grants access to the Lighthouse as a social space only. "9" wins grants access to the loot. Then I might actually try.

I really dont understand how this is a problem. I never play trials, played it in year 1 and year 2 a bit, made it to the LH a few times, I would say every weekend I tried. But I particularly dont like playing, although I do enjoy watching it. Said this, Trials was meant for the better/best players. When a streamer is carrying one or two people, he is in a disadvantage, if you cannot win a streamer (no matter how good he/she is) carrying 1 or 2 below average players (most likely way below average) then it is not the streamers fault but yours. I personally rather play against a streamer doing a carry or a double carry than a high ELO team... but that's just me though. I watched a few streamers every now and then, and it is not rare to see them lose, of course this normally happens when they face a decent team, not the average joe who is desperate to make it to the LH for the first time. Basically, if you are good at PvP you should have no fear of who you are paired against, sooner or later you will make it there...

13 답변Going flawless was designed to be only obtainable by the best. Unfortunately you will see a large amount of players that have full ornamented gear and their kd is around 1.1 - 1.4 max. These guys get carried
