Rachel: "Aifos, you're getting tears in your tea."
Huh?
Rachel: "I invited you over to drink tea, not to cry in it."
Oh! Sorry about that! It's just.. You.. Nevermind about that, actually! Good evening everybody! This is Aifos coming to you a-live from Castle Alucard, with my good friend Rachel Alucard!
Rachel: "I have no idea why you speak to such pathetic beings. They're little more than worms, writhing in the dirt."
True, but that applies to me as well, doesn't it?
Rachel: "Heh. At least you know your place in the world."
Anyhow, good stories can be found in several forms of media. From movies, to cartoons, to books, and comics. And--despite popular belief, they can even be found in video games! And, in my opinion one of the ways you can tell a good story is how it makes you feel!
If you can't look at the villain without wanting to snap your controller in half, that's good! If you cry at a character's death, that's good! If a group of characters hanging out makes you smile, that's good too!
Tl;dr? This is my point!
I want to hear some emotional moments from video games, and not just the sad ones! What moments made you smile, which ones made you cry! What villains were you happy to kill, and were there any you felt sorry for? Let me know!
My answers
Yhe saddest moment I can think of presently comes from BlazBlue: Central Fiction.
Warning; major spoilers
when Rachel & Ragna teleport out of the Embryo, and Rachel asks what Ragna planned to do. It's not revealed at the time, but you can tell Rachel didn't approve of what it was.
Before Ragna walked off, he hugged Rachel, thanking her for all she'd done. The sweetness of the scene turned into sadness, when Ragna placed his hand on Rachel's head, taking her dream, which knocked her out, with a single word; "goodbye".
The only scene I can think of that actually made me angry is from Fallout: New Vegas. Minor spoilers.
Near the beginning of the game where you investigate a city. One of Caesar's underlings explained how they had a "lottery" to determine the one person who lived, as they genocided the rest of the town.
I presently can't think of any scene that made me really happy, though I swear there's a game I played recently that had a nice ending I liked.

"Had to be me. Someone else might have gotten it wrong." "The prayer was not for him, Commander. He has already asked forgiveness for the lives he has taken. His wish was for you." "Shepard-Commander, I must go them. I'm....I'm sorry. It's the only way." "I know, Tali, but thank you. Keelah se'lai." These fake, meticulously crafted lives and their loss had never felt quite so real.

That made me almost cry, bond with your partner Pokemon over a great story line starting with watching Krabby on the beach going to saving the world. Almost dieing in a dead future and already loosing a friend along the way. Who was not always your friend Grovyle who saved you on multiple occasions. Just so your friend is left crying a beach by themselves. Great game, very sad.

Assassin's creed 4 was kinda sad when Blackbeard died

What made me angry? 1 답변Some of these may seem a bit dumb but they really struck me as powerfully emotional scenes No1
Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3: Soap's Death. The scene itself is rather dry but the music that accompanies the scene is what gets me. It is an absolutely brilliant and moving piece that does cause a bit of sadness for me.
No2
Call of Duty Black Ops: Finding out Reznov died. Excuse me if I spelled his name wrong, but this is the scene that solidifies BO1's campaign as amazing. Finding out Reznov died back in an early mission broke me a bit when you realize, the idea of his close friend being with him is all that stopped him from killing the world due to brainwashing. Getting to see how all the scenes played out without Reznov actually there was a great step forward.
No3
Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3: Hanging Makarov. (Last CoD I swear) This is an emotional scene for me in the solemness of the situation. After your heated buttonmashing quicktime event to stop makarov, you wrap a wire around his neck and smash him through the glass ceiling of a hotel and land on a nearby ledge where you take a smoke while you watch Makarov's lifeless body hang and the words "Mission Complete" slowly appear in the top corner, in a completely silent world. The stillness and quiet in that scene left me in awe and a bit of stun that everything had ended in that moment, it was all over.
No4
Assassin's Creed 3: Achillie's Death. I can't sum up how powerful this scene was and how much it can hurt after finishing the main story. I highly recommend just watching a YouTube video for yourself.
No5
Pokemon Black and Pokemon White: N's Farewell. Kinda lame I know but it is an extremely emotional scene where the bad guy learns he was a brainwashed orphan used as a pawn to complete the goals of the real bad guy, in turn he learns the pain and terror he gave the world and sets out to attempt to atone for his life that he was forced to live. The music for this scene also helps to set the mood a lot.
I'll stop with that but I do have more that I think are brilliant and beautiful if you don't rush through them
