[/quote] These emblems are in fact available to everyone who has either attended an event where the code was being given away, extra from the [url=http://bungiestore.com/][b]Bungie store[/b][/url] (very common) or were won from an event hosted by Bungie. You can submit your own creations [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Community/Creations][b]here[/b][/url] but Bungie has never ever used a player's design as an emblem. This is for various reasons such as possible chance it will infringe copyright somewhere, might be offensive to someone and many more reasons.
