1 답변Your recent kd matters but also it's the chemistry, I went flawless with 2 people who usually go neg. We all knew each other so the chemistry was on point and trusting each other and everything helps a ton.

However, if someone has a 3.0 K/D and says, "This weapon or this subclass needs some tweaking for this reason, but these are balanced," and someone with a 0.02 K/D says, "This weapon and this subclass needs some tweaking, but this is balanced," I'm more inclined to believe the 3.0 rather than the 0.02. I guess that's just rhetoric for me, believing the more "credible" player, but I guess you get it. Edit: People also usually say, "K/D doesn't matter" when their K/D is low. I'm not saying anything to you OP, I'm speaking generally about the community. But as soon as someone tries to bring up an argument K/D will make its way into the discussion. :p

1 답변Part of the thing is that when u start unless you do great you have to fight to raise it. I'm a fairly good player now, but back in year one not so much.

Getting a good K/D without playing the objective is easy, so is playing an objective and dying a hundred times. Someone who's actually good can do both.

Honestly anyone who played starting RoI it doesn't because SBMM holds their hand until they get enough time in to play against capable players. Then after 15 days of playtime in crucible to average it out they can start saying, " look at my kdr." But hey if you wanna play in a higher tier add me and we'll party up. I'd like to see how long you keep that kdr playing against more capable opponents.

12 답변You know, I'm not great, but I have friends that are excellent at crucible and while their KD is under 1, their ELO is way higher than some of the people I see with 2 KDRs. The best thing I saw was a kid getting bitched out for his KD, but if you looked at his win ratio, it was over 1. Which means he wins damn near every match he plays! So, to me, KDR is just one stat that people place too much emphasis on. I know why they do, and I did the same, and it's because this game doesn't really give you a good context for what matters in PVP. KDR shamers also tend to not consider that the person who has a lower than 1 KD may have been doing really well for a month, but had 6 months of trash. Once you've had that breakthrough it's gonna take a long as time to bring a KD to 1 or above.

It depends on the kind of player you are. If you just play for fun and your own enjoyment and for you this does not mean to do whatever it takes to win, then your the kind of player who gives a shit about k/d. If you are the kind of player who only has fun when he wins, you use whatever is best atm and if you look up the stats of every opponent you face in ToO, then you are the kind of player who cares about his k/d and stats. Its pretty normal that a player who cares about his stats will have better stats than a player who gives a shit about them ( if they have a similar skill level, some players are just more talented then others). Some players take this game a lot more serious than many others. You are not a bad player, just because you dont care about k/d. Sweating every match with a Matador and a HCR Clever Dragon on a Jugg Titan/ Storm Warlock/ Night Hunter does not make you MLG. Just play the game the way it is the most fun for you, but dont be an asshole.

1 답변Only if you think it does. My k/d when I was tryharding like a bitch was like 1.5ish and then now I think my k/d is like 1.1ish (my hunter is my crucible player. My warlock was my first character so I destroyed my k/d back then and I don't play crucible with my Titan)
